2 Corinthians 9:6
Print
But this I say: He who soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he who soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
But this I say, He that soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
Now [remember] this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to others] will also reap generously [and be blessed].
[Remember] this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings.
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
The point is this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.
What I mean is this: the one who sows a small number of seeds will also reap a small crop, and the one who sows a generous amount of seeds will also reap a generous crop.
Here’s the point: he who plants sparingly also harvests sparingly.
Remember this saying, “A few seeds make a small harvest, but a lot of seeds make a big harvest.”
But this [is true], he that sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he that sows in [the spirit of] blessing shall reap also in blessing:
Now this I say: the one sowing sparingly will also reap sparingly. And the one sowing for blessings will also reap for blessings.
Now this I say: He who soweth sparingly, shall also reap sparingly: and he who soweth in blessings, shall also reap blessings.
Remember this: The one who plants few seeds will have a small harvest. But the one who plants a lot will have a big harvest.
Remember this: If a farmer plants only a few seeds, he will not get much as a result. But if he plants plenty of seeds, he will get a big harvest.
This is what I mean: The one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. The one who sows generously will also reap generously.
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Remember this: The person who ·plants a little [sows sparingly] will ·have a small harvest [also reap sparingly], but the person who ·plants a lot [sows generously/bountifully] will ·have a big harvest [also reap generously/bountifully].
This yet remember, that he which soweth sparingly, shall reap also sparingly, and he that soweth liberally, shall reap also liberally.
Remember this: The farmer who plants a few seeds will have a very small harvest. But the farmer who plants because he has received God’s blessings will receive a harvest of God’s blessings in return.
Remember that the person who plants few seeds will have a small crop; the one who plants many seeds will have a large crop.
Remember this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.
Remember this: The person who plants a little will have a small harvest. But the person who plants a lot will have a big harvest.
Remember this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.
Of course I know it is really quite superfluous for me to be writing to you about this matter of giving to fellow Christians, for I know how willing you are. Indeed I have told the Macedonians with some pride that “Achaia was ready to undertake this service twelve months ago”. Your enthusiasm has consequently been a stimulus to many of them. I am, however, sending the brothers just to make sure that our pride in you is not unjustified. For, between ourselves, it would never do if some of the Macedonians were to accompany me on my visit to you and find you unprepared for this act of generosity! We (not to speak of you) should be horribly ashamed, just because we had been so proud and confident of you. This is my reason, then, for urging the brothers to visit you before I come myself, so that they can get your promised gift ready in good time. But, having let you into my confidence, I should like it to be a spontaneous gift, and not money squeezed out of you by what I have said. All I will say is that poor sowing means a poor harvest, and generous sowing means a generous harvest.
¶ But this I say, He who sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly, and he who sows in blessings shall also reap blessings.
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows with blessing will also reap with blessing.
Now the point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
But remember this—if you give little, you will get little. A farmer who plants just a few seeds will get only a small crop, but if he plants much, he will reap much.
Remember: A stingy planter gets a stingy crop; a lavish planter gets a lavish crop. I want each of you to take plenty of time to think it over, and make up your own mind what you will give. That will protect you against sob stories and arm-twisting. God loves it when the giver delights in the giving.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Remember this: · the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows generously will also reap generously.
Remember this: The farmer who plants a few seeds will have a very small harvest. But the farmer who plants because he has received God’s blessings will receive a harvest of God’s blessings in return.
Consider this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Now I say this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows generously will also reap generously.
Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Remember this: if you sow sparingly, you will reap sparingly, and if you sow generously, you will reap generously as well.
Remember this: The person who plants a little will have a small harvest, but the person who plants a lot will have a big harvest.
My point is this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously.
Here is something to remember. The one who plants only a little will gather only a little. And the one who plants a lot will gather a lot.
Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
Remember this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Remember, the man who plants only a few seeds will not have much grain to gather. The man who plants many seeds will have much grain to gather.
Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop.
Remember this: he who sows little will reap little, and he who sows plentifully will reap plentifully.
The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
This is what I mean: someone who sows sparingly will reap sparingly as well. Someone who sows generously will reap generously.
Note this: the one sowing sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one sowing for a bracha of bounty will also reap a bracha of bounty. [MISHLE 11:24,25; 22:9]
But remember this: whoever sows sparingly, shall also reap sparingly. And whoever sows liberally, shall also reap liberally.
The point is this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.
But I will say this to encourage your generosity: the one who plants little harvests little, and the one who plants plenty harvests plenty.
Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Here is something to remember. `The man who plants a little bit will get only a little from it. The man who plants much will get much from it.'
For I say this thing [This thing forsooth I say], he that soweth scarcely, shall also reap scarcely; and he that soweth in blessings, shall reap also of blessings.
And this: He who is sowing sparingly, sparingly also shall reap; and he who is sowing in blessings, in blessings also shall reap;
