1 Peter 4:15
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
For let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil-doer, or as a meddler in other men’s matters:
Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or a thief, or any sort of criminal [in response to persecution], or as a troublesome meddler interfering in the affairs of others;
But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or any sort of criminal, or as a mischief-maker (a meddler) in the affairs of others [infringing on their rights].
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
Now none of you should suffer as a murderer or thief or evildoer or rebel.
Let none of you suffer for being a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or a meddler in other people’s affairs.
But you deserve to suffer if you are a murderer, a thief, a crook, or a busybody.
Let none of you suffer indeed as murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or as overseer of other people's matters;
For let none of you be suffering as a murderer or thief or evil-doer, or as a meddler.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or a railer, or a coveter of other men's things.
You may suffer, but don’t let it be because you murder, steal, make trouble, or try to control other people’s lives.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler.
Do not suffer for murder, theft, or any other crime, nor ·because you trouble other people [as a meddler/troublemaker].
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or an evil doer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
If you suffer, you shouldn’t suffer for being a murderer, thief, criminal, or troublemaker.
If you suffer, it must not be because you are a murderer or a thief or a criminal or a meddler in other people's affairs.
None of you, however, should suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or a meddler.
Do not suffer for murder, theft, or any other crime, nor because you trouble other people.
Of course, none of you should suffer for being a murderer, thief, criminal, or troublemaker.
And now dear friends of mine. I beg you not to be unduly alarmed at the fiery ordeals which come to test your faith, as though this were some abnormal experience. You should be glad, because it means that you are called to share Christ’s sufferings. One day, when he shows himself in full splendour to men, you will be filled with the most tremendous joy. If you are reproached for being Christ’s followers, that is a great privilege, for you can be sure that God’s Spirit of glory is resting upon you. But take care that none of your number suffers as a murderer, or a thief, a rogue or a spy! If he suffers as a Christian he has nothing to be ashamed of and may glorify God in Christ’s name.
So let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as desirous of the things of others.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
By all means do not let anyone of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler.
Don’t let me hear of your suffering for murdering or stealing or making trouble or being a busybody and prying into other people’s affairs.
If you’re abused because of Christ, count yourself fortunate. It’s the Spirit of God and his glory in you that brought you to the notice of others. If they’re on you because you broke the law or disturbed the peace, that’s a different matter. But if it’s because you’re a Christian, don’t give it a second thought. Be proud of the distinguished status reflected in that name!
Let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evildoer, or even as a busybody.
But not one of you should suffer as a murderer or a thief or a criminal or as a meddler in the affairs of another;
If you suffer, you shouldn’t suffer for being a murderer, thief, criminal, or troublemaker.
But let no one among you be made to suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as an intriguer.
Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler;
Do not suffer for murder, theft, or any other crime, nor because you trouble other people.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer or thief or criminal or as a troublemaker.
If you suffer, it shouldn’t be because you are a murderer. It shouldn’t be because you are a thief or someone who does evil things. It shouldn’t be because you interfere with other people’s business.
If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler.
If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters.
None of you should suffer as one who kills another person or as one who steals or as one who makes trouble or as one who tries to be the boss of other peoples’ lives.
If you suffer, however, it must not be for murder, stealing, making trouble, or prying into other people’s affairs.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, a criminal, or even as a mischief maker.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, a criminal, or even as a mischief-maker.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, a criminal, or even as a mischief-maker.
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, a criminal, or even as a mischief maker.
Let not any of you suffer as a rotzeach (murderer) or a ganav (thief) or an oseh ra’ah (an evil doer) or as one who is mitarev (meddlesome).
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or a wrongdoer, or a mischief-maker;
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or a wrongdoer, or a mischief-maker;
For let none of you suffer as a murderer or thief or evildoer or as a troublemaker.
But none of you should ever merit suffering like those who have murdered or stolen, meddled in the affairs of others or done evil things.
For let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil doer, or a meddler in other men’s matters.
Do not kill. Do not steal. Do not do wrong. Do not try to boss other people. None of you should suffer because you have done these things.
But no man of you suffer as a manslayer, either a thief, either curser, either a desirer of other men's goods; [Forsooth no man of you suffer as a manslayer, or a thief, or curser, or desirer of other men's things;]
for let none of you suffer as a murderer, or thief, or evil-doer, or as an inspector into other men's matters;
