1 Corinthians 5:3
For I verily, though absent in body but present in spirit, have judged already as though I were present concerning him who hath so done this deed:
For I verily, being absent in body but present in spirit, have already as though I were present judged him that hath so wrought this thing,
For I, though absent [from you] in body but present in spirit, have already passed judgment on him who has committed this [act], as if I were present.
As for my attitude, though I am absent [from you] in body, I am present in spirit, and I have already decided and passed judgment, as if actually present,
For I verily, as absent in body, but present in Spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
Though I’m absent physically, I’m present in the spirit and I’ve already judged the man who did this as if I were present.
For I myself, even though I am absent physically, am with you spiritually; and I have already judged the man who has done this as if I were present.
I am with you only in my thoughts. But in the name of our Lord Jesus I have already judged this man, as though I were with you in person. So when you meet together and the power of the Lord Jesus is with you, I will be there too.
For *I*, [as] absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged as present,
For indeed I, being absent in the body but present in the spirit, have already judged— as-though being present— the one having thus committed this thing.
I indeed, absent in body, but present in spirit, have already judged, as though I were present, him that hath so done,
I cannot be there with you in person, but I am with you in spirit. And I have already judged the man who did this. I judged him the same as I would if I were really there.
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment on the one who did such a thing.
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present, I have already pronounced judgement on the one who did such a thing.
I am not there with you in person, but I am with you in spirit. And I have already ·judged [condemned] the man who did that sin as if I were really there.
For I verily as absent in body, but present in spirit, have determined already as though I were present, that he that hath thus done this thing,
Although I’m not physically present with you, I am with you in spirit. I have already judged the man who did this as though I were present with you.
And even though I am far away from you in body, still I am there with you in spirit; and as though I were there with you, I have in the name of our Lord Jesus already passed judgment on the man who has done this terrible thing. As you meet together, and I meet with you in my spirit, by the power of our Lord Jesus present with us,
For though I am absent in body but present in spirit, I have already decided about the one who has done this thing as though I were present.
My body is not there with you, but I am with you in spirit. And I have already judged the man who did that sin. I judged him just as I would if I were really there.
Even though I am away from you physically, I am with you in spirit. I have already passed judgment on the man who did this, as though I were present with you.
I know I am not with you physically but I am with you in spirit, and I assure you as solemnly as if I were actually present before your assembly that I have already pronounced judgment in the name of the Lord Jesus on the man who has done this thing, and I do this with full divine authority. My judgment is this: that the man should be left to the mercy of Satan so that while his body will experience the destructive powers of sin his spirit may yet be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, him that has so done this deed.
For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
For although I am absent in body but present in spirit, I have already passed judgment on the one who has done this in this way, as if I were present.
Although I am not there with you, I have been thinking a lot about this, and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I have already decided what to do, just as though I were there. You are to call a meeting of the church—and the power of the Lord Jesus will be with you as you meet, and I will be there in spirit—
I’ll tell you what I would do. Even though I’m not there in person, consider me right there with you, because I can fully see what’s going on. I’m telling you that this is wrong. You must not simply look the other way and hope it goes away on its own. Bring it out in the open and deal with it in the authority of Jesus our Master. Assemble the community—I’ll be present in spirit with you and our Master Jesus will be present in power. Hold this man’s conduct up to public scrutiny. Let him defend it if he can! But if he can’t, then out with him! It will be totally devastating to him, of course, and embarrassing to you. But better devastation and embarrassment than damnation. You want him on his feet and forgiven before the Master on the Day of Judgment.
For indeed, though absent in body but present in spirit, I have already, as if I were present, judged him who has done this deed,
For though I am absent in body, I am present · in spirit; and I have already passed judgment on the one who did this, just as though I were present.
Although I’m not physically present with you, I am with you in spirit. I have already judged the man who did this as though I were present with you.
I, for my part, although absent in body but present in spirit, have already, as if present, pronounced judgment on the one who has committed this deed,
For I, on my part, though absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged him who has so committed this, as though I were present.
I am not there with you in person, but I am with you in spirit. And I have already judged the man who did that sin as if I were really there.
For even though I am absent physically, I am present in spirit. And I have already judged the one who did this, just as though I were present.
Even though I am not right there with you, I am with you in spirit. And because I am with you in spirit, I have already judged the man doing this. I have judged him in the name of our Lord Jesus.
For my part, even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgment in the name of our Lord Jesus on the one who has been doing this.
For my part, even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgment in the name of our Lord Jesus on the one who has been doing this.
For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed.
I am far from you. Even if I am not there, my spirit is with you. I have already said that the man is guilty of this sin. I am saying this as if I were there with you.
Even though I am not with you in person, I am with you in the Spirit. And as though I were there, I have already passed judgment on this man
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present I have already pronounced judgment
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present I have already pronounced judgement
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present I have already pronounced judgement
For though absent in body, I am present in spirit; and as if present I have already pronounced judgment
Let me tell you what I’ve already done. I may be away from you physically, but I’m present in the spirit; and I’ve already passed judgment, as though I was there with you, on the person who has behaved in this way.
For I indeed being not present in habasar but being not absent in the Ruach Hakodesh have already, as being present, pronounced the Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach’s Bet Din mishpat on the one who has done such a thing.
For though absent in body I am present in spirit, and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment
For though absent in body I am present in spirit, and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment
For even though I am absent in body, I am present in spirit—I have already passed judgment on the one who has done this thing, as though I were present.
Despite the fact that I am not physically present with you, I am there in spirit and already have spoken judgment against the man who has engaged in this conduct.
For I most certainly, as being absent in body but present in spirit, have already, as though I were present, judged him who has done this thing.
My body is not with you, but my spirit is. Just as if I were right there, I have decided what to do about the man who did such a thing as this.
And I absent in body [Soothly I absent in body], but present in spirit, now have deemed as present him that hath thus wrought,
for I indeed, as being absent as to the body, and present as to the spirit, have already judged, as being present, him who so wrought this thing:
