1 Corinthians 3:7
Print
So then, neither is he that planteth anything, nor he that watereth, but God who giveth the increase.
So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So neither is the one who plants nor the one who waters anything, but [only] God who causes the growth.
So neither he who plants is anything nor he who waters, but [only] God Who makes it grow and become greater.
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So, then, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
Because of this, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but the only one who is anything is God who makes it grow.
So neither the planter nor the waterer is anything, only God who makes things grow —
What matters isn't those who planted or watered, but God who made the plants grow.
So that neither the planter is anything, nor the waterer; but God the giver of the increase.
So then neither is the one planting anything, nor the one watering, but God causing the growth.
Therefore, neither he that planteth is any thing, nor he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So the one who plants is not important, and the one who waters is not important. Only God is important, because he is the one who makes things grow.
The person who plants the seeds is not important. The person who gives water to the plants is not important. The important person is God, because he causes everything to grow.
So then, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but it is God who causes the growth.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So the one who plants is not ·important [L anything], and the one who waters is not ·important [L anything], but only God, who makes things grow.
So then, neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth, but God that giveth the increase.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is important because ⌞only⌟ God makes it grow.
The one who plants and the one who waters really do not matter. It is God who matters, because he makes the plant grow.
So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So the one who plants is not important, and the one who waters is not important. Only God is important, because he is the One who makes things grow.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is significant, but God, who keeps everything growing, is the one who matters.
After all, who is Paul? Who is Apollos? No more than servants through whom you came to believe as the Lord gave each man his opportunity. I may have done the planting and Apollos the watering, but it was God who made the seed grow! The planter and the waterer are nothing compared with him who gives life to the seed. Planter and waterer are alike insignificant, though each shall be rewarded according to his particular work.
So then neither is he that plants anything, neither he that waters, but God that gives the increase.
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
So then, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who is causing it to grow.
The person who does the planting or watering isn’t very important, but God is important because he is the one who makes things grow.
Who do you think Paul is, anyway? Or Apollos, for that matter? Servants, both of us—servants who waited on you as you gradually learned to entrust your lives to our mutual Master. We each carried out our servant assignment. I planted the seed, Apollos watered the plants, but God made you grow. It’s not the one who plants or the one who waters who is at the center of this process but God, who makes things grow. Planting and watering are menial servant jobs at minimum wages. What makes them worth doing is the God we are serving. You happen to be God’s field in which we are working. Or, to put it another way, you are God’s house. Using the gift God gave me as a good architect, I designed blueprints; Apollos is putting up the walls. Let each carpenter who comes on the job take care to build on the foundation! Remember, there is only one foundation, the one already laid: Jesus Christ. Take particular care in picking out your building materials. Eventually there is going to be an inspection. If you use cheap or inferior materials, you’ll be found out. The inspection will be thorough and rigorous. You won’t get by with a thing. If your work passes inspection, fine; if it doesn’t, your part of the building will be torn out and started over. But you won’t be torn out; you’ll survive—but just barely.
So then neither is he who plants nor he who waters anything, but God who gives the increase.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God is the one who gives the growth.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is important because only God makes it grow.
Therefore, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who causes the growth.
So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
Therefore, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is of any importance but only God who causes the growth.
So the one who plants is not important, and the one who waters is not important. Only God, who makes things grow, is important.
So neither the one who plants counts for anything, nor the one who waters, but God who causes the growth.
So the one who plants is not important. The one who waters is not important. It is God who makes things grow. He is the important one.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.
So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
This shows that the one who plants or the one who waters is not the important one. God is the important One. He makes it grow.
It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow.
So then, neither is he who plants anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
It follows that the person who plants isn’t anything special, and the person who waters isn’t anything special; what matters is God who gives the growth.
Therefore, neither is the one planting anything nor the one watering, but it is the One giving the increase—Hashem!
So then, neither is he who plants anything, nor he who waters. But God gives the increase.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who makes things grow.
so the ones who water and plant have nothing to brag about. God, who causes the growth, is the only One who matters.
So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
So then the man who plants is nothing and the man who waters is nothing. God alone makes the seed grow.
Therefore [And so] neither he that planteth is any thing, neither he that moisteth, but God that giveth increasing.
so that neither is he who is planting anything, nor he who is watering, but He who is giving growth -- God;
