But to him that worketh not, but believeth in Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness,
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for righteousness.
But to the one who does not work [that is, the one who does not try to earn his salvation by doing good], but believes and completely trusts in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited to him as righteousness (right standing with God).
But to one who, not working [by the Law], trusts (believes fully) in Him Who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited to him as righteousness (the standing acceptable to God).
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
But to the one who does not work, but believes on him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited for righteousness.
But faith is credited as righteousness to those who don’t work, because they have faith in God who makes the ungodly righteous.
However, in the case of one who is not working but rather is trusting in him who makes ungodly people righteous, his trust is credited to him as righteousness.
But you cannot make God accept you because of something you do. God accepts sinners only because they have faith in him.
but to him who does not work, but believes on him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness.
But to the one not working but putting-faith upon the One declaring the ungodly righteous— his faith is credited for righteousness.
But to him that worketh not, yet believeth in him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is reputed to justice, according to the purpose of the grace of God.
But people cannot do any work that will make them right with God. So they must trust in him. Then he accepts their faith, and that makes them right with him. He is the one who makes even evil people right.
But someone may believe in God. He does not work to cause God to accept him. God accepts that person because of their faith. God says that people who have turned away from him are right with him, if they trust him. That is God's gift to them.
But to the person who does not work but believes in the God who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited to him as righteousness.
And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness,
And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness,

However, when people don’t work but believe God, the one who approves ungodly people, their faith is regarded as the basis of God’s approval.
But those who depend on faith, not on deeds, and who believe in the God who declares the guilty to be innocent, it is this faith that God takes into account in order to put them right with himself.
But to the one who does not work, but believes on Him who declares the ungodly to be righteous, his faith is credited for righteousness.
But a person cannot do any work that will make him right with God. So he must trust in God. Then God accepts his faith, and that makes him right with God. God is the One who can make even those who are evil right in his sight.
However, to someone who does not work, but simply believes in the one who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness.
Now if a man works his wages are not counted as a gift but as a fair reward. But if a man, irrespective of his work, has faith as righteousness, then that man’s faith is counted as righteousness, and that is the gift of God. This is the happy state of the man whom God accounts righteous, apart from his achievements, as David expresses it: ‘Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; blessed is the man to whom the Lord shall not impute sin’.

But didn’t he earn his right to heaven by all the good things he did? No, for being saved is a gift; if a person could earn it by being good, then it wouldn’t be free—but it is! It is given to those who do not work for it. For God declares sinners to be good in his sight if they have faith in Christ to save them from God’s wrath.
If you’re a hard worker and do a good job, you deserve your pay; we don’t call your wages a gift. But if you see that the job is too big for you, that it’s something only God can do, and you trust him to do it—you could never do it for yourself no matter how hard and long you worked—well, that trusting-him-to-do-it is what gets you set right with God, by God. Sheer gift.
But to him who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness.

If a man has not worked to be saved, but has put his trust in God Who saves men from the punishment of their sins, that man is made right with God because of his trust in God.

But to the man who does not "work" but has emunah and bitachon in the One who takes the impious man lacking chasidus and accounts him to be YITZDAK IM HASHEM (justified with G-d), such a man who does not "work " but has emunah (faith), such emunah is credited to him for TZEDAKAH ("righteousness" BERESHIS 15:6).
But to one who does not work, but believes in Him Who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness;
And to one who does not work but trusts him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness.
And to one who does not work but trusts him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness.
But to the one who does not work, but trusts in Him who justifies the ungodly, his trust is credited as righteousness—
So for the person who does not work, but instead trusts in the One who makes the ungodly right, his faith is counted for him as righteousness.
But to him who doesn’t work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.
But no person can work to put himself right with God. It is God alone who makes a bad person right. The one who believes in him - even a bad person is put right.
Soothly to him that worketh not, but believeth into him that justifieth a wicked man, his faith is areckoned to rightwiseness, after the purpose of God's grace.
and to him who is not working, and is believing upon Him who is declaring righteous the impious, his faith is reckoned -- to righteousness:
