Then the woman gave birth to ·a son [L a son, a male child,] who will ·rule [or shepherd] all the nations with an iron ·rod [sceptre; 19:15; Ps. 2:9]. And her child was ·taken up [or snatched away; C probably a symbolic reference to the resurrection, where Satan’s victory was thwarted] to God and to his throne.

Her child was snatched up to God and to his throne, while the woman fled into the desert where she has a place prepared for her by God’s command. There they will take care of her for twelve hundred and sixty days.
The Woman gave birth to a Son who will shepherd all nations with an iron rod. Her Son was seized and placed safely before God on his Throne. The Woman herself escaped to the desert to a place of safety prepared by God, all comforts provided her for 1,260 days.
And she gave birth to a BEN (SON, Moshiach, YESHAYAH 9:5), a zachar (male), who is about to shepherd all the Goyim (Nations) with a shevet barzel (scepter of iron, Ps 2:9), and the YELED of the ISHA was snatched up to Hashem and to his Kes (Throne).
