Luke 11:41
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and behold, all things are clean unto you.
But give for alms those things which are within; and behold, all things are clean unto you.
But give that which is within as charity [that is, acts of mercy and compassion, not as a public display, but as an expression of your faithfulness to God], and then indeed all things are clean for you.
But [dedicate your inner self and] give as donations to the poor of those things which are within [of inward righteousness] and behold, everything is purified and clean for you.
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
Therefore, give to those in need from the core of who you are and you will be clean all over.
Rather, give as alms what is inside, and then everything will be clean for you!
If you would only give what you have to the poor, everything you do would please God.
But rather give alms of what ye have, and behold, all things are clean to you.
But give the things being-within as alms, and behold— all things are clean for you.
But yet that which remaineth, give alms; and behold, all things are clean unto you.
So pay attention to what is inside. Give to the people who need help. Then you will be fully clean.
But give as alms those things that are within, and behold, everything is clean for you.
But give as alms those things that are within, and behold, everything is clean for you.
So ·give what is in your dishes [or give from your hearts; L give the inside things] ·to the poor [as alms], and then ·you [everything] will be fully clean.
Therefore, give alms of those things which you have, and behold, all things shall be clean unto you.
Give what is inside as a gift to the poor, and then everything will be clean for you.
But give what is in your cups and plates to the poor, and everything will be ritually clean for you.
But give from what is within to the poor, and then everything is clean for you.
So give what is in your cups and dishes to the poor. Then you will be fully clean.
So give what is inside to the poor, and then everything will be clean for you.
While he was talking, a Pharisee invited him to dinner. So he went into his house and sat down at table. The Pharisee noticed with some surprise that he did not wash before the meal. But the Lord said to him, “You Pharisees are fond of cleaning the outside of your cups and dishes, but inside yourselves you are full of greed and wickedness! Have you no sense? Don’t you realise that the one who made the outside is the maker of the inside as well? If you would only make the inside clean by doing good to others, the outside things become clean as a matter of course! But alas for you Pharisees, for you pay out your tithe of mint and rue and every little herb, and lose sight of the justice and love of God. Yet these are the things you ought to have been concerned with—it need not mean leaving the lesser duties undone. Yes, alas for you Pharisees, who love the front seats in the synagogues and having men bow down to you in public! Alas for you, for you are like unmarked graves—men walk over your corruption without knowing it is there.”
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
But give as charitable giving the things that are within, and behold, everything is clean for you.
Purity is best demonstrated by generosity.
When he finished that talk, a Pharisee asked him to dinner. He entered his house and sat right down at the table. The Pharisee was shocked and somewhat offended when he saw that Jesus didn’t wash up before the meal. But the Master said to him, “I know you Pharisees burnish the surface of your cups and plates so they sparkle in the sun, but I also know your insides are maggoty with greed and secret evil. Stupid Pharisees! Didn’t the One who made the outside also make the inside? Turn both your pockets and your hearts inside out and give generously to the poor; then your lives will be clean, not just your dishes and your hands.
But give alms from what is within. And then all things are clean to you.
Rather, in connection with what is inside, you should give alms, and then everything will be clean for you.
Give what is inside as a gift to the poor, and then everything will be clean for you.
But as to what is within, give alms, and behold, everything will be clean for you.
But give that which is within as charity, and then all things are clean for you.
So give what is in your dishes to the poor, and then you will be fully clean.
But give from your heart to those in need, and then everything will be clean for you.
Give freely to poor people to show what is inside you. Then everything will be clean for you.
But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you.
But now as for what is inside you – be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you.
But rather give alms of such things as you have; then indeed all things are clean to you.
Give yourself as a gift and then you will be clean.
So clean the inside by giving gifts to the poor, and you will be clean all over.
So give for alms those things that are within; and see, everything will be clean for you.
So give for alms those things that are within; and see, everything will be clean for you.
So give for alms those things that are within; and see, everything will be clean for you.
So give for alms those things that are within; and see, everything will be clean for you.
You should give for alms what’s inside the bowl, and then everything will be clean for you.’
But as far as what is inside, give tzedakah, and everything is tahor to you.
But give for alms those things which are within; and behold, everything is clean for you.
But give for alms those things which are within; and behold, everything is clean for you.
But give as tzedakah those things that are within, and indeed everything is pure to you.
If you were full of goodness within, you could overflow with generosity from within, and if you did that, everything would be clean for you.
But give for gifts to the needy those things which are within, and behold, all things will be clean to you.
Do good, and do it from your heart. Then everything is clean for you.
Nevertheless that that is over-plus [Nevertheless that thing that is over, or superfluous], give ye alms, and lo! all things be clean to you.
But what ye have give ye [as] alms, and, lo, all things are clean to you.
