John 3:12

If I have told you earthly things and ye believe not, how shall ye believe if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I told you earthly things and ye believe not, how shall ye believe if I tell you heavenly things?
If I told you earthly things [that is, things that happen right here on earth] and you do not believe, how will you believe and trust Me if I tell you heavenly things?
If I have told you of things that happen right here on the earth and yet none of you believes Me, how can you believe (trust Me, adhere to Me, rely on Me) if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I have told you about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
If I have told you about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
If you people don’t believe me when I tell you about the things of the world, how will you believe me when I tell you about the things of heaven?
If you don't believe when I talk to you about things on earth, how can you possibly believe if I talk to you about things in heaven?
If I have said the earthly things to you, and ye believe not, how, if I say the heavenly things to you, will ye believe?
If I told you people earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
If I have spoken to you earthly things, and you believe not; how will you believe, if I shall speak to you heavenly things?
I have told you about things here on earth, but you do not believe me. So I’m sure you will not believe me if I tell you about heavenly things!
I have told you about things that happen in this world. And you do not believe me. But now I am telling you about things that happen in heaven. So I do not think that you will ever believe me about those things.
If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
I have told you about things here on earth [C the teaching about being born again], and you do not believe me. ·So you will not [L So how will you…?] believe me if I tell you about things of heaven.
If when I tell you earthly things, ye believe not, how should ye believe, If I shall tell you of heavenly things?
If you don’t believe me when I tell you about things on earth, how will you believe me when I tell you about things in heaven?
You do not believe me when I tell you about the things of this world; how will you ever believe me, then, when I tell you about the things of heaven?
If I have told you about things that happen on earth and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about things of heaven?
I have told you about things here on earth, but you do not believe me. So surely you will not believe me if I tell you about the things of heaven!
If I have told you people about earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
“So you are a teacher of Israel,” said Jesus, “and you do not recognise such things? I assure you that we are talking about something we really know and we are witnessing to something we have actually observed, yet men like you will not accept our evidence. Yet if I have spoken to you about things which happen on this earth and you will not believe me, what chance is there that you will believe me if I tell you about what happens in Heaven? No one has ever been up to Heaven except the Son of Man who came down from Heaven. The Son of Man must be lifted above the heads of men—as Moses lifted up that serpent in the desert—so that any man who believes in him may have eternal life. For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that every one who believes in him shall not be lost, but should have eternal life. You must understand that God has not sent his Son into the world to pass sentence upon it, but to save it—through him. Any man who believes in him is not judged at all. It is the one who will not believe who stands already condemned, because he will not believe in the character of God’s only Son. This is the judgment—that light has entered the world and men have preferred darkness to light because their deeds are evil. Anybody who does wrong hates the light and keeps away from it, for fear his deeds may be exposed. But anybody who is living by the truth will come to the light to make it plain that all he has done has been done through God.”
If I have told you earthly things and ye do not believe, how shall ye believe if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
If I tell you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
But if you don’t even believe me when I tell you about such things as these that happen here among men, how can you possibly believe if I tell you what is going on in heaven?
Jesus said, “You’re a respected teacher of Israel and you don’t know these basics? Listen carefully. I’m speaking sober truth to you. I speak only of what I know by experience; I give witness only to what I have seen with my own eyes. There is nothing secondhand here, no hearsay. Yet instead of facing the evidence and accepting it, you procrastinate with questions. If I tell you things that are plain as the hand before your face and you don’t believe me, what use is there in telling you of things you can’t see, the things of God?
If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

If you do not believe when I talk to you about ordinary, earthly realities, then heavenly realities will certainly elude you.
If I told you earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
You do not believe what I have told you about things on earth. So how will you believe if I tell you about things in heaven?
If I have said to you earthly things, and ye believe not, how if I say to you heavenly things, shall ye believe?
