Hebrews 2:18
Print
For in that He Himself hath suffered, being tempted, He is able to succor those who are tempted.
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted.
Because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted, He is able to help and provide immediate assistance to those who are being tempted and exposed to suffering.
For because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted (tested and tried), He is able [immediately] to run to the cry of (assist, relieve) those who are being tempted and tested and tried [and who therefore are being exposed to suffering].
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
For since he himself has suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
He’s able to help those who are being tempted, since he himself experienced suffering when he was tempted.
For since he himself suffered death when he was put to the test, he is able to help those who are being tested now.
And now that Jesus has suffered and was tempted, he can help anyone else who is tempted.
for, in that himself has suffered, being tempted, he is able to help those that are being tempted.
For having Himself  been tempted in what He has suffered, He is able to help the ones being tempted.
For in that, wherein he himself hath suffered and been tempted, he is able to succour them also that are tempted.
And now he can help those who are tempted. He is able to help because he himself suffered and was tempted.
While Jesus lived on earth, the Devil tried to make him do wrong things. This caused Jesus to have much pain and trouble. But because of that, he can now help us not to do wrong things.
Indeed, because he suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
And now he can help those who are ·tempted [or tested], because he himself suffered and ·was tempted [or was tested; or passed the test].
For in that he suffered, and was tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted.
Because Jesus experienced temptation when he suffered, he is able to help others when they are tempted.
And now he can help those who are tempted, because he himself was tempted and suffered.
For since He Himself was tested and has suffered, He is able to help those who are tested.
And now he can help those who are tempted. He is able to help because he himself suffered and was tempted.
Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
Since, then, “the children” have a common physical nature as human beings, he also became a human being, so that by going through death as a man he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil; and might also set free those who lived their whole lives a prey to the fear of death. It is plain that for this purpose he did not become an angel; he became a man, in actual fact a descendant of Abraham. It was imperative that he should be made like his brothers in nature, if he were to become a High Priest both compassionate and faithful in the things of God, and at the same time able to make atonement for the sins of the people. For by virtue of his own suffering under temptation he is able to help those who are exposed to temptation.
For in that he himself has suffered and was tempted, he is also powerful to help those that are tempted.
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to help those who are tempted.
For in that which he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
For since he himself has now been through suffering and temptation, he knows what it is like when we suffer and are tempted, and he is wonderfully able to help us.
It’s obvious, of course, that he didn’t go to all this trouble for angels. It was for people like us, children of Abraham. That’s why he had to enter into every detail of human life. Then, when he came before God as high priest to get rid of the people’s sins, he would have already experienced it all himself—all the pain, all the testing—and would be able to help where help was needed.
For since He Himself suffered while being tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted.
For because he himself suffered when tempted, he is able to come to the aid of those who are being tempted.
Because Yeshua experienced temptation when he suffered, he is able to help others when they are tempted.
Because he himself was tested through what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.
For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
Because he himself was tested by suffering, he is able to help those who are being tested.
And now he can help those who are tempted, because he himself suffered and was tempted.
For since he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
He himself suffered when he was tempted. Now he is able to help others who are being tempted.
Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.
Because Jesus was tempted as we are and suffered as we do, He understands us and He is able to help us when we are tempted.
Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested.
For in that he himself suffered and was tried, he is able to succour those who are tried.
Because he himself was tested by what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.
Because he himself was tested by what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.
Because he himself was tested by what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.
Because he himself was tested by what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.
He himself has suffered, you see, through being put to the test, and that’s why he is able to help those who are being tested right now.
For, because Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach himself has endured, being tested in the yissurim (sufferings) of his nefesh [YESHAYAH 53:10,11], he is able to come to the ezrah (aid) of the ones being tested.
For in that he suffered, and was tempted, He is able to help those who are tempted.
For because he himself has suffered and been tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
For because he himself has suffered and been tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
Because He Himself suffered when put to the test, He is able to help those being tested.
Since He has also been tested by suffering, He can help us when we are tested.
For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
He had a very hard time when he was tested. But because he was tested, he is able to help people who are tested.
For in that thing in which he suffered, and was tempted, he is mighty to help also them that be tempted.
for in that he suffered, himself being tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
