And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering time and again the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
And every priest indeed standeth day by day ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, the which can never take away sins:
Every priest stands [at his altar of service] ministering daily, offering the same sacrifices over and over, which are never able to strip away sins [that envelop and cover us];
Furthermore, every [human] priest stands [at his altar of service] ministering daily, offering the same sacrifices over and over again, which never are able to strip [from every side of us] the sins [that envelop us] and take them away—
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
Every priest stands day after day ministering and offering the same sacrifices time after time, which can never take away sins.
Every priest stands every day serving and offering the same sacrifices over and over, sacrifices that can never take away sins.
Now every cohen stands every day doing his service, offering over and over the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
The priests do their work each day, and they keep on offering sacrifices that can never take away sins.
And every priest stands daily ministering, and offering often the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
And every priest stands ministering daily and offering often the same sacrifices which are never able to take-away sins—
And every priest indeed standeth daily ministering, and often offering the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
Every day the priests stand and do their religious service. Again and again they offer the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
Every day, the priests do their work to serve God. They offer the same sacrifices to God again and again. But those sacrifices can never take away people's sins.
In the one case, every priest stood ministering day after day, offering the same sacrifices again and again, which are never able to remove sin.
And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
·Every day [Day after day] ·the priests [L every priest] stand and do their ·religious [priestly] service, ·often [again and again] offering the same sacrifices. Those sacrifices can never take away sins.
And every Priest standeth daily ministering, and ofttimes offereth one manner of offering, which can never take away sins:
Every day each priest performed his religious duty. He offered the same type of sacrifice again and again. Yet, these sacrifices could never take away sins.
Every Jewish priest performs his services every day and offers the same sacrifices many times; but these sacrifices can never take away sins.
Every priest stands day after day ministering and offering the same sacrifices time after time, which can never take away sins.
Every day the priests stand and do their religious service. Again and again they offer the same sacrifices. But those sacrifices can never take away sins.
Day after day every priest stands and repeatedly offers the same sacrifices that can never take away sins.
Every human priest stands day by day performing his religious duties and offering time after time the same sacrifices—which can never actually remove sins. But this man, after offering one sacrifice for sins for ever, took his seat at God’s right hand, from that time offering no more sacrifice, but waiting until “his enemies be made his footstool”. For by virtue of that one offering he has perfected for all time every one whom he makes holy. The Holy Spirit himself endorses this truth for us, when he says, first: ‘This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them’.
And so every priest stands daily ministering and offering many times the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins,
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
And every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins;
And every priest stands every day serving and offering the same sacrifices many times, which are never able to take away sins.
Under the old agreement the priests stood before the altar day after day offering sacrifices that could never take away our sins.
Every priest goes to work at the altar each day, offers the same old sacrifices year in, year out, and never makes a dent in the sin problem. As a priest, Christ made a single sacrifice for sins, and that was it! Then he sat down right beside God and waited for his enemies to cave in. It was a perfect sacrifice by a perfect person to perfect some very imperfect people. By that single offering, he did everything that needed to be done for everyone who takes part in the purifying process. The Holy Spirit confirms this: This new plan I’m making with Israel isn’t going to be written on paper, isn’t going to be chiseled in stone; This time “I’m writing out the plan in them, carving it on the lining of their hearts.” He concludes, I’ll forever wipe the slate clean of their sins. Once sins are taken care of for good, there’s no longer any need to offer sacrifices for them.
But every priest stands daily ministering and repetitively offering the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
Furthermore, every priest stands day after day performing his religious duties, · offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
