Then Philip opened his mouth and began at the same Scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
And Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this scripture, preached unto him Jesus.
Then Philip spoke and beginning with this Scripture he preached Jesus to him [explaining that He is the promised Messiah and the source of salvation].
Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning with this portion of Scripture he announced to him the glad tidings (Gospel) of Jesus and about Him.
Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
Philip proceeded to tell him the good news about Jesus, beginning with that Scripture.
Starting with that passage, Philip proclaimed the good news about Jesus to him.
Then Philip started to speak — beginning with that passage, he went on to tell him the Good News about Yeshua.
So Philip began at this place in the Scriptures and explained the good news about Jesus.
And Philip, opening his mouth and beginning from that scripture, announced the glad tidings of Jesus to him.
And Philip— having opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture— announced Jesus as good news to him.
Then Philip, opening his mouth, and beginning at this scripture, preached unto him Jesus.
Philip began to speak. He started with this same Scripture and told the man the Good News about Jesus.
Then Philip explained to the man the words that Isaiah had written. Then he went on to tell him the good news about Jesus.

The eunuch said, “Tell me, who is the prophet talking about: himself or some other?” Philip grabbed his chance. Using this passage as his text, he preached Jesus to him.

and Philip having opened his mouth, and having begun from this Writing, proclaimed good news to him -- Jesus.
