And when Peter had come up to Jerusalem, those who were of the Circumcision contended with him,
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision [certain Jewish believers who followed the Law] took issue with him [for violating Jewish customs],
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party [certain Jewish Christians] found fault with him [separating themselves from him in a hostile spirit, opposing and disputing and contending with him],
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
When Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him,
When Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him.
but when Kefa went up to Yerushalayim, the members of the Circumcision faction criticized him,
So when Peter came to Jerusalem, some of the Jewish followers started arguing with him. They wanted Gentile followers to be circumcised, and
and when Peter went up to Jerusalem, they of the circumcision contended with him,
But when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the ones of the circumcision were disputing with him,
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
But when Peter came to Jerusalem, some Jewish believers argued with him.
Peter then returned from Caesarea and he arrived in Jerusalem. Some of the Jews there who were believers spoke against him. These Jews thought that all believers should be circumcised.
When Peter went up to Jerusalem, those who insisted on circumcision criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him, saying,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him, saying,
But when Peter ·came [went up] to Jerusalem, ·some people [L the circumcised; C Jewish Christians who believed that they should continue to obey certain Jewish regulations] ·argued with [criticized] him.
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they of the circumcision contended against him,
However, when Peter went to Jerusalem, the believers who insisted on circumcision began to argue with him.
When Peter went to Jerusalem, those who were in favor of circumcising Gentiles criticized him, saying,
When Peter went up to Jerusalem, those who stressed circumcision argued with him,
But when Peter came to Jerusalem, some Jewish believers argued with him.
But when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those who emphasized circumcision disagreed with him.
Now the apostles and the brothers who were in Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received God’s message. So when Peter next visited Jerusalem the circumcision-party were full of criticism, saying to him, “You actually went in and shared a meal with uncircumcised men!”
When Peter was come up to Jerusalem, those that were of the circumcision contended with him,
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those who were circumcised took issue with him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision took issue with him,
But when Peter arrived back in Jerusalem, the Jewish believers argued with him.
The news traveled fast and in no time the leaders and friends back in Jerusalem heard about it—heard that the non-Jewish “outsiders” were now “in.” When Peter got back to Jerusalem, some of his old associates, concerned about circumcision, called him on the carpet: “What do you think you’re doing rubbing shoulders with that crowd, eating what is prohibited and ruining our good name?”
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those who were circumcised disputed with him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, they who were of the circumcision took issue with him,
However, when Peter went to Jerusalem, the believers who insisted on circumcision began to argue with him.
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem the circumcised believers confronted him,
And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, the Jewish believers took issue with him,
And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those who were circumcised took issue with him,
Therefore, when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers protested to him,
But when Peter came to Jerusalem, some people argued with him.
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers took issue with him,
Peter went up to Jerusalem. There the Jewish believers found fault with him.
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticised him

But when Peter arrived back in Jerusalem, the Jewish believers criticized him.
And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision contended with him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those who wanted to emphasize circumcision took issue with him.
But when Kefa went up to Yerushalayim, those of the faction of the Bris Milah were taking issue with him,
And when Peter had come up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision examined him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him,
So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcision party criticized him,
But when Peter went up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision took issue with him,
By the time Peter and his friends from Joppa returned to Jerusalem, news about outsiders accepting God’s message had already spread to the Lord’s emissaries and believers there. Some of the circumcised believers didn’t welcome Peter with joy, but with criticism.
When Peter had come up to Jerusalem, those who were of the circumcision contended with him,
When Peter went back to Jerusalem, the leaders of the Jews found fault with him.
But when Peter came to Jerusalem, they that were of circumcision, disputed against him,
and when Peter came up to Jerusalem, those of the circumcision were contending with him,
