2 Corinthians 10:4
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds,
(for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds);
The weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood]. Our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.
For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Our weapons that we fight with aren’t human, but instead they are powered by God for the destruction of fortresses. They destroy arguments,
because the weapons we use to wage war are not worldly. On the contrary, they have God’s power for demolishing strongholds. We demolish arguments
or fight our battles with the weapons of this world. Instead, we use God’s power that can destroy fortresses. We destroy arguments
For the arms of our warfare [are] not fleshly, but powerful according to God to [the] overthrow of strongholds;
For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but powerful in God for the tearing-down of fortresses. We are tearing-down considerations
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty to God unto the pulling down of fortifications, destroying counsels,
The weapons we use are not human ones. Our weapons have power from God and can destroy the enemy’s strong places. We destroy people’s arguments,
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
We fight with weapons that are ·different from those the world uses [not merely human weapons; L not of the flesh]. Our weapons have power from God that can destroy ·the enemy’s strong places [L strongholds; fortresses]. We destroy ·people’s arguments [human reasoning; sophistries]
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God, to cast down holds.)
The weapons we use in our fight are not made by humans. Rather, they are powerful weapons from God. With them we destroy people’s defenses, that is, their arguments
The weapons we use in our fight are not the world's weapons but God's powerful weapons, which we use to destroy strongholds. We destroy false arguments;
since the weapons of our warfare are not worldly, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments
We fight with weapons that are different from those the world uses. Our weapons have power from God. These weapons can destroy the enemy’s strong places. We destroy men’s arguments.
For the weapons of our warfare are not those of the world. Instead, they have the power of God to demolish fortresses. We tear down arguments
Now I am going to appeal to you personally, by the gentleness and sympathy of Christ himself. Yes, I, Paul, the one who is “humble enough in our presence but outspoken when away from us”, and begging you to make it unnecessary for me to be outspoken and stern in your presence. For I am afraid otherwise that I shall have to do some plain speaking to those of you who will persist in reckoning that our activities are on the purely human level. The truth is that, although of course we lead normal human lives, the battle we are fighting is on the spiritual level. The very weapons we use are not those of human warfare but powerful in God’s warfare for the destruction of the enemy’s strongholds. Our battle is to bring down every deceptive fantasy and every imposing defence that men erect against the true knowledge of God. We even fight to capture every thought until it acknowledges the authority of Christ. Once we are sure of your obedience we shall not shrink from dealing with those who refuse to obey.
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God for the destruction of strong holds),
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
for the weapons of our warfare are not merely human, but powerful to God for the tearing down of fortresses, tearing down arguments
I use God’s mighty weapons, not those made by men, to knock down the devil’s strongholds.
The world is unprincipled. It’s dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn’t fight fair. But we don’t live or fight our battles that way—never have and never will. The tools of our trade aren’t for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture. We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ. Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of every obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds,
for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are empowered by God for tearing down strongholds. We tear down arguments
The weapons we use in our fight are not made by humans. Rather, they are powerful weapons from God. With them we destroy people’s defenses, that is, their arguments
for the weapons of our battle are not of flesh but are enormously powerful, capable of destroying fortresses. We destroy arguments
for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.

for the weapons of our warfare are not human weapons, but are made powerful by God for tearing down strongholds. We tear down arguments
The weapons I fight with are not the weapons the world uses. In fact, it is just the opposite. My weapons have the power of God to destroy the camps of the enemy.
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
We do not use those things to fight with that the world uses. We use the things God gives to fight with and they have power. Those things God gives to fight with destroy the strong-places of the devil.
We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments.

We do not use the things of this world in our fighting, but we use the power of God. This power can break down the walls where the enemy hides.
For the arms of our knighthood be not fleshly, but mighty by God to the destruction of strengths [to the destruction of wardings, or strengths].
for the weapons of our warfare [are] not fleshly, but powerful to God for bringing down of strongholds,
