But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their hearts.

When the Law of Moses is read, they have their minds covered over
But unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil lies upon their heart.
Indeed, until today whenever Moses is being read, a veil lies on their heart.
But even until this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.
Yes, even today, when they read the Law of Moses, there is a covering over their minds.
Even today, when the Israelite people read Moses' books, a cloth still covers their minds.
Instead, to this day, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts.
Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts.
Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts.
Even today, when they read ·the law of Moses [L Moses], there is a ·covering over [L veil laying upon] their ·minds [hearts].
But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is laid over their hearts.
Yet, even today, when they read the books of Moses, a veil covers their minds.
Even today, whenever they read the Law of Moses, the veil still covers their minds.

With this hope in our hearts we are quite frank and open in our ministry. We are not like Moses, who veiled his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing its fading glory. But it was their minds really which were blinded, for even today when the old agreement is read to them there is still a veil over their minds—though the veil has actually been lifted by Christ. Yes, alas, even to this day there is still a veil over their hearts when the writings of Moses are read. Yet if they “turned to the Lord” the veil would disappear. For the Lord to whom they could turn is the spirit of the new agreement, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, men’s souls are set free.
But even unto this day when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.

But until today, whenever Moses is read aloud, a veil lies upon their heart,
Yes, even today when they read Moses’ writings their hearts are blind and they think that obeying the Ten Commandments is the way to be saved.
With that kind of hope to excite us, nothing holds us back. Unlike Moses, we have nothing to hide. Everything is out in the open with us. He wore a veil so the children of Israel wouldn’t notice that the glory was fading away—and they didn’t notice. They didn’t notice it then and they don’t notice it now, don’t notice that there’s nothing left behind that veil. Even today when the proclamations of that old, bankrupt government are read out, they can’t see through it. Only Christ can get rid of the veil so they can see for themselves that there’s nothing there.
But even to this day, when Moses is read, the veil is in their hearts.
But until today, whenever Moses is being read, a veil lies over · their heart;
Yet, even today, when they read the books of Moses, a veil covers their minds.
To this day, in fact, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts,
But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts;

Even today, when they read the law of Moses, there is a covering over their minds.

Yes, even today when they read Moses’ writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do not understand.
