And we beseech you, brethren, that you come to know those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,
But we beseech you, brethren, to know them that labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;
Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to appreciate those who diligently work among you [recognize, acknowledge, and respect your leaders], who are in charge over you in the Lord and who give you instruction,
Now also we beseech you, brethren, get to know those who labor among you [recognize them for what they are, acknowledge and appreciate and respect them all]—your leaders who are over you in the Lord and those who warn and kindly reprove and exhort you.
And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;
Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to give recognition to those who labor among you and lead you in the Lord and admonish you,
Brothers and sisters, we ask you to respect those who are working with you, leading you, and instructing you.
We ask you, brothers, to respect those who are working hard among you, those who are guiding you in the Lord and confronting you in order to help you change.
My friends, we ask you to be thoughtful of your leaders who work hard and tell you how to live for the Lord.
But we beg you, brethren, to know those who labour among you, and take the lead among you in [the] Lord, and admonish you,

Our friends, we ask you to respect your leaders who work hard among you. They lead you and they teach you what is right on the Lord's behalf.

We ask you too, my brothers, to get to know those who work so hard among you. They are your spiritual leaders to keep you on the right path. Because of this high task of theirs, hold them in highest honour. Live together in peace, and our instruction to this end is to reprimand the unruly, encourage the timid, help the weak and be very patient with all men. Be sure that no one repays a bad turn by a bad turn; good should be your objective always, among yourselves and in the world at large. Be happy in your faith at all times. Never stop praying. Be thankful, whatever the circumstances may be. If you follow this advice you will be working out the will of God expressed to you in Jesus Christ.
And we beseech you, brethren, to recognize those who labour among you and preside over you in the Lord and admonish you

Dear brothers, honor the officers of your church who work hard among you and warn you against all that is wrong.
And now, friends, we ask you to honor those leaders who work so hard for you, who have been given the responsibility of urging and guiding you along in your obedience. Overwhelm them with appreciation and love! Get along among yourselves, each of you doing your part. Our counsel is that you warn the freeloaders to get a move on. Gently encourage the stragglers, and reach out for the exhausted, pulling them to their feet. Be patient with each person, attentive to individual needs. And be careful that when you get on each other’s nerves you don’t snap at each other. Look for the best in each other, and always do your best to bring it out.
We ask you, brothers, to acknowledge those who labor among you, and are appointed over you in the Lord, and instruct you.
