1 Corinthians 7:9
But if they cannot contain themselves, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they have not continency, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they do not have [sufficient] self-control, they should marry; for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they have not self-control (restraint of their passions), they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame [with passion and tortured continually with ungratified desire].
But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they can’t control themselves, they should get married, because it’s better to marry than to burn with passion.
but if they can’t exercise self-control, they should get married; because it is better to get married than to keep burning with sexual desire.
But if you don’t have enough self-control, then go ahead and get married. After all, it is better to marry than to burn with desire.
But if they have not control over themselves, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they do not have-self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to be burning.
But if they do not contain themselves, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to be burnt.
But if you cannot control your body, then you should marry. It is better to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they cannot ·control themselves [exercise self-control], they should marry. It is better to marry than ·to burn with sexual desire [L to burn].
But if they cannot abstain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
However, if you cannot control your desires, you should get married. It is better for you to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
But if you cannot restrain your desires, go ahead and marry—it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they do not have self-control, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with desire.
But if they cannot control their bodies, then they should marry. It is better to marry than to burn with lust.
However, if they cannot control themselves, they should get married, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
I give the advice above more as a concession than as a command. I wish that all men were like myself, but I realise that everyone has his own particular gift from God, some one thing and some another. Yet to those who are unmarried or widowed, I say definitely that it is a good thing to remain unattached, as I am. But if they find they have not the gift of self-control in such matters, by all means let them get married. I think it is far better for them to be married than to be tortured by unsatisfied desire.
But if they do not have the gift of continence, let them marry, for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
But if you can’t control yourselves, go ahead and marry. It is better to marry than to burn with lust.
I do, though, tell the unmarried and widows that singleness might well be the best thing for them, as it has been for me. But if they can’t manage their desires and emotions, they should by all means go ahead and get married. The difficulties of marriage are preferable by far to a sexually tortured life as a single.
But if they cannot restrain themselves, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they are not practicing self-control, they should marry; for it is better to marry than to burn with sexual passion.
However, if you cannot control your desires, you should get married. It is better for you to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
but if they cannot exercise self-control they should marry, for it is better to marry than to be on fire.
But if they do not have self-control, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry. It is better to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
But if they do not have self-control, let them get married. For it is better to marry than to burn with sexual desire.
But if you can’t control yourselves, you should get married. It is better to get married than to burn with desire.
But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
But if you are not able to keep from doing that which you know is wrong, get married. It is better to get married than to have such strong sex desires.
But if they can’t control themselves, they should go ahead and marry. It’s better to marry than to burn with lust.
But if they are not practicing self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if they are not practising self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if they are not practising self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if they are not practicing self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if you don’t have power over your passions, then get married. Much better to marry than to have desire smouldering away inside you!
But if they do not have shlitah atzmi, let them marry. For better it is to marry than with Eish to be set ablaze.
But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.
But if they do not have self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with desire.
If they do not have self-control, they should go ahead and get married. It is much better to marry than to be obsessed by sexual urges.
But if they don’t have self-control, let them marry. For it’s better to marry than to burn.
But if they cannot keep themselves under control, then they should marry. It is better to marry than to burn with desire for sex.
And if they contain not themselves, be they wedded; for it is better to be wedded, than to be burnt.
and if they have not continence -- let them marry, for it is better to marry than to burn;
