1 Corinthians 4:4
Print
For I know nothing by myself, yet am I not hereby justified; but He that judgeth me is the Lord.
For I know nothing against myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
I am aware of nothing against myself and I feel blameless, but I am not by this acquitted [before God]. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not conscious of anything against myself, and I feel blameless; but I am not vindicated and acquitted before God on that account. It is the Lord [Himself] Who examines and judges me.
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
For I am not conscious of anything against myself, but I am not justified by this. It is the Lord who judges me.
I’m not aware of anything against me, but that doesn’t make me innocent, because the Lord is the one who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against me, but this does not make me innocent. The one who is evaluating me is the Lord.
I don't know of anything against me, but this doesn't prove I am right. The Lord is my judge.
For I am conscious of nothing in myself; but I am not justified by this: but he that examines me is the Lord.
For I am conscious of nothing against myself, but I have not been declared-right by this, but the One examining me is the Lord.
For I am not conscious to myself of any thing, yet am I not hereby justified; but he that judgeth me, is the Lord.
I don’t know of any wrong I have done, but that does not make me right. The Lord is the one who must decide if I have done well or not.
I am sure in my own mind that I have not done anything wrong. But that does not make me right. Only the Lord himself can judge me.
I do not in fact know of anything against myself, but I am not justified by this; rather, the one who evaluates me is the Lord.
For I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
For I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I know of no wrong I have done, but this does not make me ·right before the Lord [innocent; acquitted; justified]. The Lord is the One who judges me.
For I know nothing by myself, yet am I not thereby justified: but he that judgeth me, is the Lord.
I have a clear conscience, but that doesn’t mean I have God’s approval. It is the Lord who cross-examines me.
My conscience is clear, but that does not prove that I am really innocent. The Lord is the one who passes judgment on me.
For I am not conscious of anything against myself, but I am not justified by this. The One who evaluates me is the Lord.
I know of no wrong that I have done. But this does not make me innocent. The Lord is the One who judges me.
For my conscience is clear, but that does not vindicate me. It is the Lord who examines me.
You should look upon us as ministers of Christ, as trustees of the secrets of God. And it is a prime requisite in a trustee that he should prove worthy of his trust. But, as a matter of fact, it matters very little to me what you, or any man, thinks of me—I don’t even value my opinion of myself—but that doesn’t justify me before God. My only true judge is God himself.
For although I have nothing on my conscience, yet am I not hereby justified, but he that judges me is the Lord.
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted. But the one who examines me is the Lord.
For I am conscious of nothing against myself, but not by this am I vindicated. But the one who judges me is the Lord.
My conscience is clear, but even that isn’t final proof. It is the Lord himself who must examine me and decide.
Don’t imagine us leaders to be something we aren’t. We are servants of Christ, not his masters. We are guides into God’s divine secrets, not security guards posted to protect them. The requirements for a good guide are reliability and accurate knowledge. It matters very little to me what you think of me, even less where I rank in popular opinion. I don’t even rank myself. Comparisons in these matters are pointless. I’m not aware of anything that would disqualify me from being a good guide for you, but that doesn’t mean much. The Master makes that judgment.
For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this. But He who judges me is the Lord.
For I am not aware of anything against myself, yet not because of this am I acquitted. It is the · Lord who judges me.
I have a clear conscience, but that doesn’t mean I have God’s approval. It is the Lord who cross-examines me.
I am not conscious of anything against me, but I do not thereby stand acquitted; the one who judges me is the Lord.
For I am not aware of anything against myself; however I am not vindicated by this, but the one who examines me is the Lord.
For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord.
I personally have nothing on my conscience, but that does not mean that I am innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.
I know of no wrong I have done, but this does not make me right before the Lord. The Lord is the One who judges me.
For I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not acquitted because of this. The one who judges me is the Lord.
I don’t feel I have done anything wrong. But that doesn’t mean I’m not guilty. The Lord judges me.
My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.
My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me.
For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord.
As for me, my heart tells me I am not guilty of anything. But that does not prove I am free from guilt. It is the Lord Who looks into my life and says what is wrong.
My conscience is clear, but that doesn’t prove I’m right. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide.
I know nothing against myself, yet I am not thereby justified. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I don’t actually know of anything that stands against me, but that isn’t what vindicates me; it’s the Lord who interrogates me.
I am aware of nothing against myself, but not in this have I been yitzdak (justified); it is the L-rd who is my Shofet (Judge BERESHIS 18:25; DANIEL 7:13 14).
For though I am aware of nothing against myself, I am not thereby justified. But the One who judges me is the Lord.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this. It is the Lord who judges me.
Although I am not aware of any flaw that might exclude me from this divine service, that’s not the reason I stand acquitted—the only supreme judge, our Lord, will examine me in the proper time.
For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this, but he who judges me is the Lord.
I do not know of anything wrong in me, but that does not say I am right. The Lord is my judge.
For I am nothing over-trusting to myself, but not in this thing I am justified [Soothly I am nothing guilty to myself, but not in this thing am I justified]; for he that deemeth me, is the Lord.
for of nothing to myself have I been conscious, but not in this have I been declared right -- and he who is discerning me is the Lord:
