  83. my eye grows dim through sorrow. Every day I call upon you, O Lord; I spread out my hands to you.
  84. The enemy shall not outwit him; the wicked shall not humble him.
  85. They pour out their arrogant words; all the evildoers boast.
  86. Blessed is the man whom you discipline, O Lord, and whom you teach out of your law,
  87. He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness; the Lord our God will wipe them out.

    Hear my prayer, O Lord; let my cry come to you!
  89. They will perish, but you will remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away,
