145 I will ^(A)exalt You, ^(B)my God, O King,
And I will ^(C)bless Your name forever and ever.

² Every day I will bless You,
And I will ^(D)praise Your name forever and ever.

^3 (E)Great is Yahweh, and highly to be praised,
And His ^(F)greatness is unsearchable.

⁴ One ^(G)generation shall laud Your works to another,
And shall declare Your mighty deeds.

⁵ On the ^(H)glorious ^[a]splendor of Your majesty
And ^(I)on the words of Your wondrous deeds, I will muse.

⁶ Men shall speak of the strength of Your ^[b](J)fearsome acts,
And I will ^(K)recount Your greatness.

⁷ They shall pour forth the memory of Your ^(L)abundant goodness
And will ^(M)shout joyfully of Your righteousness.

⁸ Yahweh is ^(N)gracious and compassionate;
Slow to anger and great in lovingkindness.

⁹ Yahweh is ^(O)good to all,
And His ^(P)compassions are over all His works.

^10 (Q)All Your works, O Yahweh, shall give thanks to You,
And Your ^(R)holy ones shall bless You.

¹¹ They shall speak of the ^(S)glory of Your kingdom
And talk of Your might;

¹² To ^(T)make known to the sons of men His mighty deeds
And the ^(U)glory of the majesty of His kingdom.

¹³ Your kingdom is ^[c]an ^(V)everlasting kingdom,
And Your dominion endures from generation to every generation.

¹⁴ Yahweh ^(W)sustains all who fall
And ^(X)raises up all who are bowed down.

¹⁵ The eyes of all wait on You,
And You ^(Y)give them their food in due time.

¹⁶ You ^(Z)open Your hand
And satisfy the desire of every living thing.

¹⁷ Yahweh is ^(AA)righteous in all His ways
And holy in all His works.

¹⁸ Yahweh is ^(AB)near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him ^(AC)in truth.

¹⁹ He will ^(AD)work out the desire of those who fear Him;
He will ^(AE)hear their cry for help and He will save them.

²⁰ Yahweh ^(AF)keeps all who love Him,
But all the ^(AG)wicked He will destroy.

²¹ My ^(AH)mouth will speak the praise of Yahweh,
And ^(AI)all flesh will ^(AJ)bless His holy name forever and ever.

4 “^[a]Behold, you are beautiful, ^(A)my darling,
Behold, you are beautiful!
Your ^(B)eyes are like doves ^(C)behind your veil;
Your ^(D)hair is like a flock of goats
That have leapt down from Mount ^(E)Gilead.
² Your ^(F)teeth are like a flock of newly shorn ewes
Which have come up from their washing,
All of which bear twins,
And not one among them has ^[b]lost her young.
³ Your lips are like a ^(G)scarlet thread,
And your ^(H)mouth is lovely.
Your ^(I)temples are like a slice of a pomegranate
Behind your veil.
⁴ Your ^(J)neck is like the tower of David,
Built ^[c]with rows of stones
On which are ^(K)hung one thousand shields,
All the small ^(L)shields of the mighty men.
⁵ Your ^(M)two breasts are like two fawns,
Twins of a gazelle
Which ^[d](N)feed among the lilies.
^6 (O)Until the day breathes
And the shadows flee,
I will go my way to the mountain of ^(P)myrrh
And to the hill of ^(Q)frankincense.
