God Is King of All the Earth

47 O (A)clap your hands, all peoples;
(B)Make a loud shout to God with the sound of a shout of [a]joy.
2 For Yahweh Most High is [b](C)fearsome,
A (D)great King over all the earth.
3 He (E)subdues peoples under us
And nations under our feet.
4 He chooses our (F)inheritance for us,
The (G)pride of Jacob whom He loves. [c]Selah.
5 God has (H)ascended [d]with a loud shout,
Yahweh, [e]with the (I)sound of a trumpet.
6 (J)Sing praises to God, sing praises;
Sing praises to (K)our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the (L)King of all the earth;
Sing praises (M)with a [f]skillful psalm.
8 God (N)reigns over the nations,
God [g]sits on (O)His holy throne.
9 The (P)nobles of the peoples have assembled themselves with the (Q)people of the God of Abraham,
For the (R)shields of the earth belong to God;
He [h]is (S)highly exalted.
Yahweh Answers, He Is God
36 (A)Now it happened at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said, “(B)O Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, today let it be known that (C)You are God in Israel and that I am Your slave and (D)I have done all these things at Your word. 37 Answer me, O Yahweh, answer me, that this people may know that You, O Yahweh, are God, and that You have turned their heart back again.” 38 Then the (E)fire of Yahweh fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. 39 And all the people saw it and fell on their faces and said, “(F)Yahweh, He is God; Yahweh, He is God.”
Test the Spirits
4 (A)Beloved, do not believe every (B)spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because (C)many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: (D)every spirit that (E)confesses that (F)Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 and every spirit that (G)does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the (H)antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and (I)now it is already in the world. 4 You are from God, (J)little children, and (K)have overcome them; because (L)greater is He who is in you than (M)he who is in the world. 5 (N)They are from the world; therefore they speak as from the world, and the world hears them. 6 (O)We are from God. (P)The one who knows God hears us; (Q)the one who is not from God does not hear us. From this we know (R)the spirit of truth and (S)the spirit of error.
