Isaiah 62:1-5

62 1 The great desire that the Prophets have had for Christ’s coming. 6 The diligence of the Pastors to preach.

For Zion’s sake I will not [a]hold my tongue, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof break forth as the [b]light, and salvation thereof as a burning lamp.

And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all Kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by [c]a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name.

Thou shalt also be a [d]crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

It shall no more be said unto thee, [e]Forsaken, neither shall it be said anymore to thy land, Desolate, but thou shalt be called [f]Hephzibah, and thy land [g]Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy land shalt have an [h]husband.

For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons [i]marry thee: and as a bridegroom is glad of the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

Psalm 36:5-10

Thy [a]mercy, O Lord, reacheth unto the heavens, and thy faithfulness unto the clouds.

Thy righteousness is like the [b]mighty mountains: thy judgments are like a great [c]deep: thou Lord, dost save man and beast.

How excellent is thy mercy, O God! therefore the children of men trust under the shadow of thy wings.

They shall be [d]satisfied with the fatness of thine house, and thou shalt give them drink out of the river of thy pleasures.

For with thee is the well of life, and in thy light shall we see light.

10 Extend thy loving-kindness unto them that [e]know thee, and thy righteousness unto them that are upright in heart.

1 Corinthians 12:1-11

12 1 To draw away the Corinthians from contention and pride, he showeth that spiritual gifts are therefore diversely bestowed, 7 that the same being jointly to each other employed, 12 we may grow up together into one body of Christ in such equal proportion and measure, 20 as the members of man’s body do.

Now [a]concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you [b]ignorant.

[c]Ye know that ye were [d]Gentiles, and were carried away unto the dumb idols, as ye were led.

[e]Wherefore I declare unto you, that no man (A)speaking by the spirit of God, calleth Jesus (B)[f]execrable: also no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the holy Ghost.

[g]Now there are diversities of gifts, but the [h]same Spirit.

And there are diversities of administrations, but the same Lord.

And there are diversities of [i]operations, but God is the same which worketh all in all.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is [j]given to every man, to [k]profit withal.

[l]For to one is given by the Spirit the word of [m]wisdom: and to another the word of knowledge, by the same Spirit:

And to another is given faith by the same Spirit: and to another the gifts of healing, by the same Spirit:

10 And to another the [n]operations of great works: and to another, [o]prophecy: and to another, the [p]discerning of spirits: and to another, diversities of tongues: and to another, the interpretation of tongues.

11 (C)And all these things worketh one and the selfsame Spirit, distributing to every man severally [q]as he will.

John 2:1-11

1 Christ turneth water into Wine, 11 which was the beginning of his miracles. 12 He goeth down to Capernaum: 13 from thence he goeth up to Jerusalem, 15 and casteth the merchandise out of the Temple. 19 He foretelleth that the Temple, that is, his body shall be destroyed of the Jews. 23 Many believe in him, seeing the miracles which he did.

And [a]the [b]third day, was there a marriage in Cana a town of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.

And Jesus was called also, and his disciples unto the marriage.

[c]Now when the wine failed, the mother of Jesus said unto him, They have no wine.

Jesus said unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine [d]hour is not yet come.

His mother said unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

And there were set there, six [e]waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three [f]firkins apiece.

And Jesus said unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. Then they filled them up to the brim.

Then he said unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. So they bare it.

Now when the governor of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, (for he knew not whence it was, but the servants, which drew the water, knew) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

10 And said unto him, All men at the beginning set forth good wine, and when men have [g]well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept back the good wine until now.

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana a town of Galilee, and showed forth his glory: and his disciples believed on him.
