¹⁵詐欺師には注意しろ！建て前は羊のように優しく振る舞うが、本性はまるでオオカミ。 ¹⁶そういう者は行動を見れば分かる。悪い人から良い実は生まれない。イバラからぶどうは生ならず、毒を持つアザミの花からイチジクが生なるわけがない。 ¹⁷良い木は良い実を、腐った木は腐った実を実らせる。 ¹⁸良い木が腐った実を実らせることがなければ、腐った木が良い実を実らせることもない。 ¹⁹良い実を実らせない木は切り倒され、薪まきとして火に放り込まれる。 ²⁰人も、その実によって詐欺師かどうか見極められる。
