Version
Jeremiah 23:1-6

23 “Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!” saith the Lord.

Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed My people: “Ye have scattered My flock and driven them away, and have not visited them. Behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings,” saith the Lord.

“And I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

And I will set up shepherds over them who shall feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking,” saith the Lord.

“Behold, the days come,” saith the Lord, “that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch; and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

In His days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is His name whereby He shall be called: The Lord Our Righteousness.

Psalm 46

46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Therefore will we not fear though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea,

though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah

There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High.

God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, and that right early.

The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted.

The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah

Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations He hath made on the earth.

He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariot with fire.

10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted on the earth.

11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah

Colossians 1:11-20

11 strengthened with all might according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

12 giving thanks unto the Father, who hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.

13 He hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son,

14 in whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.

16 For by Him were all things created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers: all things were created by Him and for Him.

17 And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

18 And He is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He might have the preeminence.

19 For it pleased the Father that in Him should all fullness dwell,

20 and having made peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself — by Him, I say, whether they be things on earth or things in heaven.

Luke 23:33-43

33 And when they had come to the place which is called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand and the other on the left.

34 Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And they parted His raiment and cast lots.

35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers who were also with them derided Him, saying, “He saved others; let him save himself if he be Christ, the chosen of God.”

36 And the soldiers also mocked Him, coming to Him and offering Him vinegar

37 and saying, “If thou art the king of the Jews, save thyself.”

38 And a superscription also was written over Him in letters of Greek and Latin and Hebrew: This Is The King Of The Jews.

39 And one of the malefactors who was hanged railed against Him, saying, “If thou be Christ, save thyself and us!”

40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, “Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art under the same condemnation?

41 And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds. But this Man hath done nothing amiss.”

42 And he said unto Jesus, “Lord, remember me when Thou comest into Thy Kingdom.”

43 And Jesus said unto him, “Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with Me in Paradise.”
