Psalm 100

All Men Exhorted to Praise God.

A Psalm for [a]Thanksgiving.

100 (A)Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
(B)Serve the Lord with gladness;
(C)Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that (D)the Lord [b]Himself is God;
It is He who has (E)made us, and [c]not we ourselves;
We are (F)His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter His gates (G)with [d]thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, (H)bless His name.
For (I)the Lord is good;
(J)His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His (K)faithfulness to all generations.

Exodus 4:27-31

27 (A)Now the Lord said to Aaron, “Go to meet Moses in the wilderness.” So he went and met him at the (B)mountain of God and kissed him. 28 (C)Moses told Aaron all the words of the Lord with which He had sent him, and (D)all the signs that He had commanded him to do. 29 Then Moses and Aaron went and (E)assembled all the elders of the sons of Israel; 30 and (F)Aaron spoke all the words which the Lord had spoken to Moses. He then performed the (G)signs in the sight of the people. 31 So (H)the people believed; and when they heard that the Lord [a](I)was concerned about the sons of Israel and that He had seen their affliction, then (J)they bowed low and worshiped.

Acts 7:35-43

35 “This Moses whom they (A)disowned, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one whom God [a]sent to be both a ruler and a deliverer with the [b]help of the angel who appeared to him in the thorn bush. 36 (B)This man led them out, performing (C)wonders and [c]signs in the land of Egypt and in the Red Sea and in the (D)wilderness for forty years. 37 This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, ‘(E)God will raise up for you a prophet [d]like me from your brethren.’ 38 This is the one who was in (F)the [e]congregation in the wilderness together with (G)the angel who was speaking to him on Mount Sinai, and who was with our fathers; and he received (H)living (I)oracles to pass on to you. 39 Our fathers were unwilling to be obedient to him, but (J)repudiated him and in their hearts turned back to Egypt, 40 (K)saying to Aaron, ‘Make for us gods who will go before us; for this Moses who led us out of the land of Egyptwe do not know what happened to him.’ 41 [f]At that time (L)they made a [g]calf and brought a sacrifice to the idol, and were rejoicing in (M)the works of their hands. 42 But God (N)turned away and delivered them up to [h]serve the [i]host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, ‘(O)It was not to Me that you offered victims and sacrifices (P)forty years in the wilderness, was it, O house of Israel? 43 (Q)You also took along the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of the god [j]Rompha, the images which you made to worship. I also will remove you beyond Babylon.’
