外邦人信主受洗

44 彼得还在讲这些话的时候，圣灵降临在每个听这话语的人身上。 45 所有陪彼得一起来的割礼派的[a]信徒，看见所赐的圣灵[b]也被倾注在外邦人身上，都十分惊讶， 46 因为他们听见外邦人说着殊言[c]，又尊神为大。

于是彼得说： 47 “这些人就像我们一样也领受了圣灵，到底谁能阻止用水给他们施洗[d]呢？” 48 他就吩咐他们奉耶稣基督[e]的名受洗[f]；然后他们请求彼得在那里多住几天。
