Psalm 14:1
The fool hath said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; they have done abominable works; there is none that doeth good.
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works; There is none that doeth good.
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The [spiritually ignorant] fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed repulsive and unspeakable deeds; There is no one who does good.
The [empty-headed] fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable deeds; there is none that does good or right.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Fools say in their hearts, There is no God. They are corrupt and do evil things; not one of them does anything good.
For the leader. By David: Fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They deal corruptly, their deeds are vile, not one does what is right.
(A psalm by David for the music leader.) Only a fool would say, “There is no God!” People like that are worthless; they are heartless and cruel and never do right.
To the chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted themselves, they have done abominable works: there is none that doeth good.
A psalm of David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle? or who shall rest in thy holy hill?
To the director: A song of David. Only fools think there is no God. People like that are evil and do terrible things. They never do what is right.
To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.

For the director of music. Of David. Fools say ·to themselves [L in their hearts], “There is no God [C Psalm 53 largely parallels this psalm].” ·Fools are evil [L They are corrupt] and do ·terrible [detestable] things [Deut. 32:5]; there is no one who does anything good.
1 He describeth the perverse nature of men, which were so grown to licentiousness, that God was brought to utter contempt. 7 For the which thing, although he was greatly grieved, yet being persuaded that God would send some present remedy, he comforteth himself and others. To him that excelleth. A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God: they have corrupted, and done an abominable work: there is none that doeth good.
For the choir director; by David. Godless fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt. They do disgusting things. There is no one who does good things.
Fools say to themselves, “There is no God!” They are all corrupt, and they have done terrible things; there is no one who does what is right.
For the choir director. Davidic. The fool says in his heart, “God does not exist.” They are corrupt; they do vile deeds. There is no one who does good.
For the director of music. Of David. A wicked fool says to himself, “There is no God.” Fools are evil. They do terrible things. None of them does anything good.
To the Director: A Davidic Psalm. Fools say to themselves, “There is no God.” They are corrupt and commit evil deeds; not one of them practices what is good.
To the Overcomer, A Psalm of David. ¶ The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is no one that does good.

That man is a fool who says to himself, “There is no God!” Anyone who talks like that is warped and evil and cannot really be a good person at all.
A David Psalm Bilious and bloated, they gas, “God is gone.” Their words are poison gas, fouling the air; they poison Rivers and skies; thistles are their cash crop.
For the Music Director. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good.
For the choir director; by David. Godless fools say in their hearts, “There is no Elohim.” They are corrupt. They do disgusting things. There is no one who does good things.
For the leader. Of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” Their deeds are loathsome and corrupt; not one does what is good.
The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good.
For the director of music. Of David. Fools say to themselves, “There is no God.” Fools are evil and do terrible things; there is no one who does anything good.
For the music director; by David. Fools say to themselves, “There is no God.” They sin and commit evil deeds; none of them does what is right.
For the director of music. A psalm of David. Foolish people say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They do all kinds of horrible and evil things. No one does anything good.
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.
For the director of music. Of David. The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

For the worship leader. A song of David. A wicked and foolish man truly believes there is no God. They are vile, their sinfulness nauseating to their Creator; their actions are soiled and repulsive; every deed is depraved; not one of them does good.
For the Chief Musician. By David. The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt. They have done abominable deeds. There is no one who does good.
To the victory, [the psalm] of David. The unwise man said in his heart, God is not. They be corrupt, and they be made abominable in their studies; none there is that doeth good, none is till to one. (To victory, the song of David. The fool said in his heart, There is no God. Such men be corrupt, and they be made abominable in their deeds; there is no one who doeth good, no not one.)
To the Overseer. -- By David. A fool hath said in his heart, `God is not;' They have done corruptly, They have done abominable actions, There is not a doer of good.
