Psalm 80:12
Why hast Thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they that pass by the way do pluck her?
Why hast thou broken down its walls, So that all they that pass by the way do pluck it?
Why have You broken down its hedges and walls so that all who pass by pluck from its fruit?
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?
So why have you now torn down its walls so that all who come along can pluck its fruit,
It put out branches as far as the sea and shoots to the [Euphrates] River.
Our Lord, why have you torn down the wall from around the vineyard? You let everyone who walks by pick the grapes.
Why hast thou broken down its fences, so that all who pass by the way do pluck it?
But my people heard not my voice: and Israel hearkened not to me.
God, why did you pull down the walls that protect your vine? Now everyone who passes by picks its grapes.
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
So why did you ·pull [break] down our walls? Now everyone who passes by ·steals from us [picks our fruit].
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they, which pass by the way, have plucked her?
Why did you break down the stone fences around this vine? All who pass by are picking its fruit.
Why did you break down the fences around it? Now anyone passing by can steal its grapes;
Why have You broken down its walls so that all who pass by pick its fruit?
So why did you pull down our walls? Now everyone who passes by steals from us.
Why did you break down its walls so that those who pass by pluck its fruits?
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all those who pass by the way pluck her?
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?
Why have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass on the road pluck fruit from it?
But now you have broken down our walls, leaving us without protection.
Remember how you brought a young vine from Egypt, cleared out the brambles and briers and planted your very own vineyard? You prepared the good earth, you planted her roots deep; the vineyard filled the land. Your vine soared high and shaded the mountains, even dwarfing the giant cedars. Your vine ranged west to the Sea, east to the River. So why do you no longer protect your vine? Trespassers pick its grapes at will; Wild pigs crash through and crush it, and the mice nibble away at what’s left. God-of-the-Angel-Armies, turn our way! Take a good look at what’s happened and attend to this vine. Care for what you once tenderly planted— the vine you raised from a shoot. And those who dared to set it on fire— give them a look that will kill! Then take the hand of your once-favorite child, the child you raised to adulthood. We will never turn our back on you; breathe life into our lungs so we can shout your name!
Why have You then broken down its walls, so that all those who pass by the way pluck its fruit?
Why did you break down the stone fences around this vine? All who pass by are picking its fruit.
It sent out its boughs as far as the sea, its shoots as far as the river.
Why have You broken down its hedges, So that all who pass that way pick its fruit?
So why did you pull down our walls? Now everyone who passes by steals from us.
Why did you break down its walls, so that all who pass by pluck its fruit?
Why have you broken down the walls around your vine? Now all who pass by it can pick its grapes.
Why have you broken down its walls so that all who pass by pick its grapes?
Why have you broken down its walls so that all who pass by pick its grapes?
Why have You broken down her hedges, So that all who pass by the way pluck her fruit?
Why have You broken down its walls so that all who pass by pick its fruit?
But now, why have you broken down our walls so that all who pass by may steal our fruit?
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Why then have you broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Lammah (why) hast Thou then broken down her walls, so that all they which pass by the derech do pluck her?
Why then hast thou broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
Why then hast thou broken down its walls, so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
God, why have You pulled down the wall that protected it so that everyone who wanders by can pick its sweet grapes?
Why have you broken down its walls, so that all those who pass by the way pluck it?
Why hast thou destroyed the wall thereof; and all men that go forth by the way, gather away the grapes thereof? (But why hast thou destroyed the wall around it? so that now all those who go forth by the way, can gather up, or take away, all of its grapes?)
Why hast Thou broken down its hedges, And all passing by the way have plucked it?
