One day I walked by the field of an old lazybones, and then passed the vineyard of a slob; They were overgrown with weeds, thick with thistles, all the fences broken down. I took a long look and pondered what I saw; the fields preached me a sermon and I listened: “A nap here, a nap there, a day off here, a day off there, sit back, take it easy—do you know what comes next? Just this: You can look forward to a dirt-poor life, with poverty as your permanent houseguest!”
Then I saw, and considered it; I looked on it and received instruction:
When I observed this, I took it to heart. I saw it and learned my lesson.
As I gazed at it, I reflected; I saw and learned a lesson:
When I saw, I reflected upon it; I looked, and received instruction.
When I saw, I reflected upon it; I looked, and received instruction.
And as I gazed at it and reflected, I drew this lesson from the sight:
I thought about what I had seen; I learned this lesson from what I saw.
Then I scrutinized it. I was putting my mind to it— I saw; I took in a lesson:
I applied my heart to what I observed. I learned a lesson from what I saw.

And when I had seen this thing, I setted (it) in mine heart, and by ensample, I learned (the) teaching. (And when I had seen this, I put it in my heart, and by example, I learned the lesson.)
And I see -- I -- I do set my heart, I have seen -- I have received instruction,
