Proverbs 17:27
He that hath knowledge spareth his words, and a man of understanding is of excelling spirit.
He that spareth his words hath knowledge; And he that is of a cool spirit is a man of understanding.
He who has knowledge spares his words, and a man of understanding has a cool spirit.
He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
Wise are those who restrain their talking; people with understanding are coolheaded.
A knowledgeable person controls his tongue; a discerning person controls his temper.
It makes a lot of sense to be a person of few words and to stay calm.

He that setteth bounds to his words. is knowing and wise: and the man of understanding is of a precious spirit.
Intelligent people choose their words carefully. Those who know what they are doing remain calm.
