Or when the flesh hath in the skin thereof a burning by fire, and the quick flesh of the burning become a bright spot, reddish-white, or white;
“Or if the body has on its skin a burn from fire and the new flesh of the burn becomes a bright spot, reddish white or white,
Or if there is any flesh in the skin of which there is a burn by fire and the quick flesh of the burn becomes a bright spot, reddish white or white,
¶ Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;
“When there is a burn on the skin of one’s body produced by fire, and the patch made raw by the burn becomes reddish-white or white,

Or if in the flesh, in the skin thereof, there is a burning inflammation, and the place of the inflammation become a bright spot white-reddish or white,
The flesh also and skin that hath been burnt, and after it is healed hath a white or a red scar,
“Someone might get a burn on the skin. If the raw skin becomes a white spot or a white spot with red streaks in it, the priest must look at it. If that white spot seems to be deeper than the skin, and the hair at that spot has become white, it is leprosy that has broken out in the burn. The priest must announce that the person is unclean.
A person who has burnt his skin might have a red or white mark. It might be where he burnt himself.
When someone’s body has a burn on the skin, and the sore from the burn becomes a shiny, reddish-white or white patch,
“Or, when the body has a burn on its skin and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a spot, reddish-white or white,
“Or, when the body has a burn on its skin and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a spot, reddish-white or white,

“When there is a burn on the skin of one’s body produced by fire, and the patch made raw by the burn becomes reddish-white or white,
“A person might get a burn on his skin. If the open sore becomes white or red,
“When a person has a burn scar in the skin that turns bright, white-reddish, or white,
Likewise when the flesh has in its skin a burn from fire, and in the place healed from the burn there a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white,

“Or when a body has a burn-spot from fire on its skin and the raw flesh of the burn-spot is pinkish or white,
“If a man is burned in some way, and the burned place becomes bright reddish white or white,
“When a person has a burn on his skin and the raw flesh turns into a reddish-white or white shiny spot, the priest is to examine it. If the hair has turned white in the shiny spot and it looks like it’s more than skin deep, a serious skin disease has erupted in the area of the burn. The priest will pronounce him unclean; it is a serious skin disease and infectious. But if on examination there is no white hair in the shiny spot and it doesn’t look to be more than skin deep but has faded, the priest will put him in quarantine for seven days. On the seventh day the priest will reexamine him. If by then it has spread over the skin, the priest will diagnose him as unclean; it is a serious skin disease and infectious. If by that time the shiny spot has stayed the same and has not spread but has faded, it is only a swelling from the burn. The priest will pronounce him clean; it’s only a scar from the burn.
Or if there is some of the skin on the body where there is a burn, and the raw flesh that has a burn becomes a reddish or white spot,
“If anyone has a burn on his skin and the raw flesh of the burn turns into a pink or bright white area,

Flesh, and skin, which the fire hath burnt, and is (now) healed, and hath a white, either red, sign of (a) wound, the priest shall behold it (the priest shall examine it),
