But the fig tree said unto them, ‘Should I forsake my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?’
But the fig-tree said unto them, Should I leave my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to wave to and fro over the trees?
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I give up my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, Should I leave my sweetness and my good fruit and go to wave over the trees?
But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?
But the fig tree said to them, “Should I stop giving my sweetness and my good fruit, and rule over trees?”
“The fig tree replied to them, ‘Should I stop producing my sweetness and my delicious fruit, so that I can go to sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree replied, ‘Am I supposed to leave my sweetness and my good fruit just to go and hold sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree replied, “I won't stop growing my delicious fruit, just so my branches can wave above the other trees.”
But the fig-tree said to them, Should I leave my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?
And it answered them: Can I leave my sweetness, and my delicious fruits, and go to be promoted among the other trees?
“But the fig tree answered, ‘Should I stop making my good, sweet fruit just to go and sway over the other trees?’
The fig tree replied, “I will not stop making my good, sweet figs so that I can rule over you.”
But the fig tree said to them, “Should I stop producing my sweetness and my good fruit to go and sway over the other trees?”
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit and go hold sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit and go to hold sway over the trees?’
“But the fig tree answered, ‘Should I stop making my sweet and good fruit and go and sway over the other trees?’
But the fig tree answered them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to advance me above the trees?
But the fig tree responded, ‘Should I stop producing my good, sweet fruit in order to rule the trees?’
But the fig tree answered, ‘In order to govern you, I would have to stop producing my good sweet fruit.’
But the fig tree said to them, “Should I stop giving my sweetness and my good fruit, and rule over trees?”
“But the fig tree answered, ‘Should I stop making my sweet and good fruit? Should I stop just to go and sway over the other trees?’
But the fig tree asked them, ‘Should I leave my sweet, good fruit and go take dominion over trees?’
But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness and my good fruit to go and sway over the trees?
But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?

“But the fig tree also refused. ‘Should I quit producing sweetness and fruit just to lift my head above all the other trees?’ it asked.
The trees then said to Fig Tree, “You come and rule over us.” But Fig Tree said to them, “Am I no longer good for making sweets, My mouthwatering sweet fruits, and to be demoted to waving over trees?”
“Yet the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I stop making my sweet aroma and my fruit, to go and sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree responded, ‘Should I stop producing my good, sweet fruit in order to rule the trees?’
But the fig tree answered them, ‘Must I give up my sweetness and my sweet fruit, and go off to hold sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I give up my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Why should I give up my sweetness and my good fruit to go and hold sway over the trees?’
“But the fig tree answered, ‘Should I stop making my sweet and good fruit and go and sway over the other trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘I am not going to stop producing my sweet figs, my excellent fruit, just to sway above the other trees!’
“But the fig tree replied, ‘Should I give up my fruit? It’s so good and sweet. Should I give that up just to rule over the trees?’
“But the fig tree replied, ‘Should I give up my fruit, so good and sweet, to hold sway over the trees?’
‘But the fig-tree replied, “Should I give up my fruit, so good and sweet, to hold sway over the trees?”
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I cease my sweetness and my good fruit, And go to sway over trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I leave my good sweet fruit, and go to wave over the trees?’
But the fig tree also refused, saying, ‘Should I quit producing my sweet fruit just to wave back and forth over the trees?’
But the fig tree answered them, “Shall I stop producing my sweetness and my delicious fruit, and go to sway over the trees?”

But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to sway over the trees?’
But the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I stop yielding my sweetness and my delicious fruit, and go wave over the trees?’
But the fig tree refused, saying, “Should I give up my sweetness and stop producing my delicious fruit so I can stand and sway over the trees?”
“But the fig tree said to them, ‘Should I leave my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to wave back and forth over the trees?’
Whether I may forsake my sweetness, and my full sweet fruits, and go that I be advanced among other trees? (Can I forsake my sweetness, and my full sweet fruits, and go that I be advanced over the other trees?)
And the fig saith to them, Have I ceased from my sweetness, and my good increase, that I have gone to stagger over the trees?
