Shall it be told Him that I speak? If a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

So shall it be told Him that I wish to speak? If a man speaks, shall he be swallowed up?

Should he be told that I want to speak? Can a man speak when he is confused?
Should someone inform him that I wish to speak, or would anyone say he wants to be devoured?
Is he to be told that I will speak? Can a man speak at all when he is already swallowed up?
Should I risk my life by telling God that I want to speak?
Shall it be told him if I would speak? if a man [so] say, surely he shall be swallowed up.
Who shall tell him the things I speak? even if a man shall speak, he shall be swallowed up.
I would not tell God that I wanted to talk to him. That would be like asking to be destroyed.
Should I tell God that I want to speak to him? That would be the end of me!
Should he be notified that I want to speak? Or would a man who said that be swallowed up?
Shall it be told him that I would speak? Did a man ever wish that he would be swallowed up?

“You who think you know so much, teach the rest of us how we should approach God. For we are too dull to know! With your wisdom, would we then dare to approach him? Well, does a man wish to be swallowed alive?
“If you’re so smart, give us a lesson in how to address God. We’re in the dark and can’t figure it out. Do you think I’m dumb enough to challenge God? Wouldn’t that just be asking for trouble? No one in his right mind stares straight at the sun on a clear and cloudless day. As gold comes from the northern mountains, so a terrible beauty streams from God.
Will it be told Him that I speak? If a man speaks, surely he will be swallowed up.

Who shall tell to him, what things I speak? yea, if he speaketh, a man shall be devoured. (Who shall tell him what things he should speak? yea, if a man speaketh, he shall be devoured!)
Is it declared to Him that I speak? If a man hath spoken, surely he is swallowed up.
