Job 40:10
“Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Deck thyself now with excellency and dignity; And array thyself with honor and majesty.
“Adorn yourself with eminence and dignity [since you question the Almighty], And array yourself with honor and majesty.
[Since you question the manner of the Almighty’s rule] deck yourself now with the excellency and dignity [of the Supreme Ruler, and yourself undertake the government of the world if you are so wise], and array yourself with honor and majesty.
Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Adorn yourself with splendor and majesty; clothe yourself with honor and esteem.
Come on, deck yourself with majesty and dignity, robe yourself in glory and splendor.
If so, then surround yourself with glory and majesty.
Deck thyself now with glory and excellency, and clothe thyself with majesty and splendour.
Behold behemoth whom I made with thee, he eateth grass like an ox.
If so, you can be proud and wear glory and honor like clothes.
“Adorn yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
“Adorn yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendour.
If so, then decorate yourself with ·glory [loftiness] and ·beauty [pride]; dress in ·honor [splendor] and ·greatness [majesty] as if they were clothing.
¶ Behold now Behemoth (whom I made with thee) which eateth grass as an ox.
Then dress yourself in majesty and dignity. Clothe yourself in splendor and glory.
If so, stand up in your honor and pride; clothe yourself with majesty and glory.
Adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, and clothe yourself with honor and glory.
If so, then decorate yourself with glory and beauty. And put on honor and greatness as if they were clothing.
“When you have adorned yourself with exalted majesty, clothed yourself with splendor and dignity,
Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Deck thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Adorn yourself with pride and dignity, and clothe yourself with splendor.
All right then, put on your robes of state, your majesty and splendor.
“Do you presume to tell me what I’m doing wrong? Are you calling me a sinner so you can be a saint? Do you have an arm like my arm? Can you shout in thunder the way I can? Go ahead, show your stuff. Let’s see what you’re made of, what you can do. Unleash your outrage. Target the arrogant and lay them flat. Target the arrogant and bring them to their knees. Stop the wicked in their tracks—make mincemeat of them! Dig a mass grave and dump them in it— faceless corpses in an unmarked grave. I’ll gladly step aside and hand things over to you— you can surely save yourself with no help from me!
Adorn yourself now with majesty and excellence, and array yourself with glory and beauty.
Then dress yourself in majesty and dignity. Clothe yourself in splendor and glory.
Adorn yourself with grandeur and majesty, and clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
“Adorn yourself with eminence and dignity, And clothe yourself with honor and majesty.
If so, then decorate yourself with glory and beauty; dress in honor and greatness as if they were clothing.
Adorn yourself, then, with majesty and excellency, and clothe yourself with glory and honor!
Then put on glory and beauty as if they were your clothes. Also put on honor and majesty.
Then adorn yourself with glory and splendor, and clothe yourself in honor and majesty.
Then adorn yourself with glory and splendour, and clothe yourself in honour and majesty.
Then adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, And array yourself with glory and beauty.
“Dress yourself with shining-greatness and great power. Cover yourself with honor and greatness.
All right, put on your glory and splendor, your honor and majesty.
“Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
‘Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendour.
‘Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendour.
“Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
Adorn thyself now with majesty and excellency; and array thyself with hod (glory) and hadar (splendor).
“Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
“Deck yourself with majesty and dignity; clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
Then adorn yourself in majesty and dignity; clothe yourself in splendor and honor.
Then dress yourself up in majesty and dignity. Deck yourself out in honor and splendor
“Now deck yourself with excellency and dignity. Array yourself with honor and majesty.
take thou fairness about thee, and be thou raised on high, and be thou glorious, and be thou clothed in fair clothes. (take thou beauty about thee, and be thou raised up on high, and be thou glorious, and be thou clothed in beautiful clothes.)
Put on, I pray thee, excellency and loftiness, Yea, honour and beauty put on.
