Job 19:17
Print
My breath is strange to my wife, though I entreated for the sake of the children of my own body.
My breath is strange to my wife, And my supplication to the children of mine own mother.
“My breath is repulsive to my wife, And I am loathsome to my own brothers.
I am repulsive to my wife and loathsome to the children of my own mother.
My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children’s sake of mine own body.
My breath is offensive to my wife, and my own family finds me repulsive.
My breath stinks to my wife; I am odious to my children.
“My wife can’t stand my breath, I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath disgusts my wife; everyone in my family turns away.
My breath is strange to my wife, and my entreaties to the children of my [mother's] womb.
My wife hath abhorred my breath, and I entreated the children of my womb.
My wife hates the smell of my breath. My own brothers hate me.
My wife moves away from the smell of my breath. My brothers stay away from me.
My breath keeps my wife away from me, and I am repulsive to my mother’s children.
My breath is strange to my wife, and I am a stench to the children of my own mother.
My breath is strange to my wife, and I am a stench to the children of my own mother.
My wife ·can’t stand [abhors] my breath, and my own family ·dislikes me [finds me repulsive].
My breath was strange unto my wife, though I prayed her for the children’s sake of mine own body.
My breath offends my wife. I stink to my own children.
My wife can't stand the smell of my breath, and my own brothers won't come near me.
My breath is offensive to my wife, and my own family finds me repulsive.
My wife hates my breath. My own family hates me.
My wife says my breath stinks; even my children say I smell bad!
My spirit came to be strange to my wife, although I intreated her for the sons of my own body.
My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children's sake of mine own body.
My breath is strange to my wife, though I intreated for the children’s sake of mine own body.
My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am loathsome to my own brothers.
My breath is repulsive to my wife, and I am loathsome to my own family.
My own wife and brothers refuse to recognize me.
“God alienated my family from me; everyone who knows me avoids me. My relatives and friends have all left; houseguests forget I ever existed. The servant girls treat me like a deadbeat off the street, look at me like they’ve never seen me before. I call my attendant and he ignores me, ignores me even though I plead with him. My wife can’t stand to be around me anymore. I’m repulsive to my family. Even street urchins despise me; when I come out, they taunt and jeer. Everyone I’ve ever been close to abhors me; my dearest loved ones reject me. I’m nothing but a bag of bones; my life hangs by a thread.
My breath is offensive to my wife; I am loathsome to the children of my own body.
My breath offends my wife. I stink to my own children.
My breath is abhorrent to my wife; I am loathsome to my very children.
My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am loathsome to my own brothers.
“My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am loathsome to my own brothers.
“My wife finds my breath repulsive; my stench is loathsome to my relatives.
My wife can’t stand my breath, and my own family dislikes me.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my brothers.
My wife can’t stand the way my breath smells. My own family won’t have anything to do with me.
My breath is offensive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath is offensive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am repulsive to the children of my own body.
My breath smells bad to my wife, and I am hated by my own brothers.
My breath is repulsive to my wife. I am rejected by my own family.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my own family.
My ruach is repulsive to my isha, loathsome to bnei beten of mine.
I am repulsive to my wife, loathsome to the sons of my own mother.
I am repulsive to my wife, loathsome to the sons of my own mother.
My breath is repulsive to my wife; I am loathsome to my children.
My breath is strange; even my wife avoids me; I’m loathsome to my relatives; they can’t stand to be around me.
My breath is offensive to my wife. I am loathsome to the children of my own mother.
My wife loathed my breath; and I prayed (for) the sons of my womb. (My wife loathed my very breath; even though I prayed for the sons of my womb.)
My spirit is strange to my wife, And my favours to the sons of my [mother's] womb.
