Thus saith the Lord: “The people who were left from the sword found grace in the wilderness, even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.”
Thus saith Jehovah, The people that were left of the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
Thus says the Lord, “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness [of exile]— Israel (the Northern Kingdom), when it went to find its rest.”
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found favor in the wilderness [place of exile]—when Israel sought to find rest.
Thus saith the Lord, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
This is what the Lord says: The people who survived the sword found favor in the wilderness. When Israel went to find rest,
The Lord proclaims: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness. As Israel searched for a place of rest,
From a distance Adonai appeared to me, [saying,] “I love you with an everlasting love; this is why in my grace I draw you to me.
In the desert I was kind to those who escaped death. I gave them peace, and when the time is right, I'll do the same for you. I, the Lord, have spoken.
Thus saith Jehovah: The people [that were] left of the sword have found grace in the wilderness, [even] Israel, when I go to give him rest.
Thus saith the Lord: The people that were left and escaped from the sword, found grace in the desert: Israel shall go to his rest.
This is what the Lord says: “The people who escaped the enemy’s sword will find comfort in the desert. Israel will go there looking for rest.”
The Lord says, ‘I was kind to the Israelites when they travelled in the desert. I helped those that the enemy had not killed, as they looked for a place where they could rest.’
This is what the Lord says. The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness. Israel had continual rest.
Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
This is what the Lord says: “The people who ·were not killed by the enemy’s [L survived the] sword found ·help [grace; favor] in the ·desert [wilderness; C as during the exodus from Egypt]. I came to give rest to Israel.”
Thus saith the Lord, The people which escaped the sword, found grace in the wilderness: he walketh before Israel to cause him to rest.
This is what the Lord says: The people who survived the wars have found favor in the desert. Israel went to find its rest.
In the desert I showed mercy to those people who had escaped death. When the people of Israel longed for rest,
This is what the Lord says: They found favor in the wilderness— the people who survived the sword. When Israel went to find rest,
This is what the Lord says: “Some of the people were not killed by the enemy’s sword. Those people will find help in the desert. I have come to give rest to Israel.”
This is what the Lord says: “The people who survived the sword, found favor in the desert while Israel was seeking rest.
Thus hath the LORD said, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness as I went to cause Israel to find rest.
Thus saith the Lord, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
Thus saith the Lord, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
Thus says Yahweh, “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when it went to find its relief.”
Thus says Yahweh: “The people of the survivors of the sword found grace in the desert; Israel going to find their rest.”
I will care for them as I did those who escaped from Egypt, to whom I showed my mercies in the wilderness, when Israel sought for rest.
This is the way God put it: “They found grace out in the desert, these people who survived the killing. Israel, out looking for a place to rest, met God out looking for them!” God told them, “I’ve never quit loving you and never will. Expect love, love, and more love! And so now I’ll start over with you and build you up again, dear virgin Israel. You’ll resume your singing, grabbing tambourines and joining the dance. You’ll go back to your old work of planting vineyards on the Samaritan hillsides, And sit back and enjoy the fruit— oh, how you’ll enjoy those harvests! The time’s coming when watchmen will call out from the hilltops of Ephraim: ‘On your feet! Let’s go to Zion, go to meet our God!’” * * *
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness, when I went to give Israel rest.
This is what Yahweh says: The people who survived the wars have found favor in the desert. Israel went to find its rest.
Thus says the Lord: The people who escaped the sword find favor in the wilderness. As Israel comes forward to receive rest,
This is what the Lord says: “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when it went to find its rest.”
Thus says the Lord, “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when it went to find its rest.”
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found favor in the wilderness. When the people of Israel sought for rest,
This is what the Lord says: “The people who were not killed by the enemy’s sword found help in the desert. I came to give rest to Israel.”
The Lord says: “The people of Israel who survived death at the hands of the enemy will find favor in the wilderness as they journey to find rest for themselves.
The Lord says, “Some of my people will live through everything their enemies do to them. They will find help in the desert. I will come to give peace and rest to Israel.”
This is what the Lord says: “The people who survive the sword will find favor in the wilderness; I will come to give rest to Israel.”

Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness— Israel, when I went to give him rest.”
The Lord says, “The people who were not killed by the sword found loving-favor in the desert, when Israel looked for rest.”
This is what the Lord says: “Those who survive the coming destruction will find blessings even in the barren land, for I will give rest to the people of Israel.”
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus saith Hashem, The Am seridei cherev (the People that survived the cherev [as a Remnant]) found chen (grace) in the midbar; even Yisroel, when Yisroel journeyed to find [a place of] rest.
Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
“From afar Adonai appeared to me.” “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.
This is what the Eternal has to say: Eternal One: There will come a time when I will be the God of all the clans and families of Israel, and they will be My people. This is what I, the Eternal One, declare to you: My people who survived the sword found grace as they wandered in the wilderness; When Israel went in search of rest, I appeared to them from far away and said: “I have loved you with an everlasting love— out of faithfulness I have drawn you close.
Yahweh says, “The people who survive the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.”
The Lord saith these things, The people that was left of sword, found grace in desert; Israel shall go to his rest. (The Lord saith these things, The people who were left from the sword, found favour in the wilderness; yea, Israel shall take rest.)
Thus said Jehovah: Found grace in the wilderness Hath a people remaining from the sword Going to cause it to rest -- Israel.
