Declaring the end and the result from the beginning, And from ancient times the things which have not [yet] been done, Saying, ‘My purpose will be established, And I will do all that pleases Me and fulfills My purpose,’
From the beginning I told you what would happen in the end. ·A long time ago [From ancient times] I told you things that have not yet happened. ·When I plan something, it happens [L …saying, “My counsel will stand”]. What I want to do, I will do.

I’ve said it, and I’ll most certainly do it. I’ve planned it, so it’s as good as done.

(And I told out from the beginning what the last things would be, and from the beginning those things that were not yet even made; and I said, My purpose, or my plans, shall stand, and all my will shall be done.)
