All the souls who came with Jacob into Egypt, who came out of his loins, besides Jacob’s sons’ wives, all the souls were threescore and six.

Sixty-six members of Jacob’s family went to Egypt with him, not counting his daughters-in-law.

All those who came with Jacob to Egypt, who were direct descendants, besides the wives of Jacob’s sons, were sixty-six in all.
The total number of Jacob’s direct descendants who went with him to Egypt was 66. This didn’t include the wives of Jacob’s sons.

All the souls who came with Jacob into Egypt, who were his direct offspring, besides Jacob’s sons’ wives, all the souls were sixty-six.
And all the men that entered with Jacob into Egypt, and went out of his thigh, without his sons’ wives, were sixty and six. (And so all those who went with Jacob to Egypt, and came out of his thigh, not including his sons’ wives, were sixty-six.)
