And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.

“And they will be desolate In the midst of countries that are desolated; And her cities will be Among cities that are devastated [by plunder and slavery].
And they shall be desolated in the midst of countries that are desolated, and her cities shall be in the midst of cities that are wasted [by plunder and subjection].
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will lie among ruined cities.
Of all the lands laid waste, it will be the most desolate; of all cities, the most ruined.
“They will be desolate even when compared with other desolate countries, likewise her cities in comparison with other ruined cities.
Your nation of Egypt will be the most deserted place on earth, and its cities will lie in complete ruin.
And they shall be desolated in the midst of the countries that are desolated, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the lands that are desolate, and the cities thereof shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
Egypt will join the other countries that were destroyed. Its cities will be among those that are in ruins.
Egypt will become like a desert among other deserts. Its cities will become heaps of stones.
It will be the most desolate among the desolate lands, and its cities will be the most ruined among the ruined cities.
And they shall be desolated in the midst of desolated countries, and their cities shall be in the midst of cities that are laid waste.
And they shall be desolated in the midst of desolated countries, and their cities shall be in the midst of cities that are laid waste.
They will be ·the most deserted [L desolate in the midst of desolate] lands. Egypt’s cities will be ·the worst [L in the midst] of cities that lie in ruins.
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
“ ‘Egypt will become the most desolate country in the world, and Egypt’s cities will lie in ruins. They will be ruined more than other cities.
The land will be the most desolate in the world, and its cities will be left totally in ruins.
They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will lie among ruined cities.
They will be the emptiest land. Egypt’s cities will be like other cities that lie in ruin.
They’ll remain desolate among desolate lands, their cities will be named among those that are ruined.
And they shall be made desolate among the countries that are destroyed, and her cities shall be among the cities that are wasted.
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
“They will be desolate In the midst of the desolated lands; And her cities will be In the midst of the cities laid waste.
“And they will be desolate in the midst of desolate countries, and its cities will be in the midst of ruined cities.
She shall be desolate, surrounded by desolate nations, and her cities shall be in ruins, surrounded by other ruined cities.
“‘God says: “‘Egypt’s allies will fall and her proud strength will collapse— From Migdol in the north to Syene in the south, a great slaughter in Egypt! Decree of God, the Master. Egypt, most desolate of the desolate, her cities wasted beyond wasting, Will realize that I am God when I burn her down and her helpers are knocked flat.
They shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.
“‘Egypt will become the most desolate country in the world, and Egypt’s cities will lie in ruins. They will be ruined more than other cities.
It shall be the most desolate among desolate lands, Its cities the most ruined among ruined cities.
“They will be desolate In the midst of the desolated lands; And her cities will be In the midst of the devastated cities.
“They will be desolate In the midst of the desolated lands; And her cities will be In the midst of the devastated cities.
They will be the most desolate of desolate lands, and their cities will lie in the midst of ruined cities.
They will be the most deserted lands. Egypt’s cities will be the worst of cities that lie in ruins.
They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will be among ruined cities.
“Egypt will be more empty than any other land. Its cities will be completely destroyed.
“‘They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will lie among ruined cities.
‘“They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will lie among ruined cities.
“They shall be desolate in the midst of the desolate countries, And her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are laid waste.
“They will be a waste among the lands that are laid waste. And her cities will be among the destroyed cities.
Egypt will be desolate, surrounded by desolate nations, and its cities will be in ruins, surrounded by other ruined cities.
They shall be desolated among other desolated countries, and their cities shall lie among cities laid waste.

Egypt will be laid waste, a tragedy among tragedies, the most devastating of devastations! Her cities will lie in ruins, surrounded by the empty desolation of other ruined cities.
“They will be desolate in the middle of the countries that are desolate. Her cities will be among the cities that are wasted.
And they shall be destroyed in the midst of lands made desolate, and the cities thereof shall be in the midst of cities forsaken (and its cities shall be in the midst of deserted cities).
And they have been desolated in the midst of desolate lands, And its cities are in the midst of wasted cities.
