Ezekiel 21:17
I will also smite Mine hands together, and I will cause My fury to rest. I, the Lord, have said it.”
I will also smite my hands together, and I will cause my wrath to rest: I, Jehovah, have spoken it.
I will also strike My hands together, and I will cause My wrath to rest. I the Lord have spoken.”
I will also clap My hands, and I will cause My wrath to rest. I the Lord have said it.
I will also smite mine hands together, and I will cause my fury to rest: I the Lord have said it.
It is I who strike hand to hand! I’ll satisfy my wrath! I, the Lord, have spoken.
“Shout and wail, human being, because it’s coming upon my people, upon all the leaders of Isra’el — they will be victims of the sword along with my people. Strike your thigh in remorse!
Then I will stop being angry, and I will clap my hands in victory. I, the Lord, have spoken.
And I myself will smite my hands together, and I will satisfy my fury: I Jehovah have spoken [it].
And I will clap my hands together, and will satisfy my indignation: I the Lord have spoken.
“Then I, too, will clap my hands and stop showing my anger. I, the Lord, have spoken!”
I also will clap my hands, and I will satisfy my fury; I the Lord have spoken.”

I will also clap my hands [v. 14; C a sign of scorn] and ·use up [satisfy; exhaust] my ·anger [wrath]. I, the Lord, have spoken.”

I will also clap my hands. Then my anger will rest. I, the Lord, have spoken.”
I will also clap my hands; then my anger will subside. I, the Lord have spoken it.”

And you have prophesied with clapping hands that I, the Lord, will smite Jerusalem and satisfy my fury.”
“So, prophesy, son of man! Clap your hands. Get their attention. Tell them that the sword’s coming down once, twice, three times. It’s a sword to kill, a sword for a massacre, A sword relentless, a sword inescapable— People collapsing right and left, going down like dominoes. I’ve stationed a murderous sword at every gate in the city, Flashing like lightning, brandished murderously. Cut to the right, thrust to the left, murderous, sharp-edged sword! Then I’ll clap my hands, a signal that my anger is spent. I, God, have spoken.”

I will also clap my hands and rest from my fury. I, Yahweh, have spoken.’”
Cry out and howl, son of man, for it is destined for my people, For all the princes of Israel, victims of the sword with my people. Therefore, slap your thigh,
I will also clap My hands together, and I will appease My wrath; I, the Lord, have spoken.”
I will also clap my hands and use up my anger. I, the Lord, have spoken.”
I too will clap my hands together, I will exhaust my rage; I the Lord have spoken.”
I too will clap my hands. I won’t be so angry anymore. I have spoken. I am the Lord.”
I too will strike my hands together, and my wrath will subside. I the Lord have spoken.”

I will also strike Mine palm together, and I will appease My chemah (wrath). I Hashem have said it.

Cry and wail, son of man! For it is against My people. It is against all the leaders of Israel. They are thrown over to the sword, along with My people. Therefore strike your thigh.
I will clap My hands together, and I will cool My wrath once judgment has been executed. I, the Eternal One, have spoken.
I will also strike my hands together, and I will cause my wrath to rest: I, Yahweh, have spoken it.
Certainly and I shall smite with hand to hand (Truly I shall clap my hands), and I shall [ful]fill mine indignation; I the Lord spake.
And I also, I smite My hand on my hand, And have caused My fury to rest; I, Jehovah, have spoken.'
