And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father, and declined neither to the right hand nor to the left.
And he did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah, and walked in the ways of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.
He did what was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father (forefather) and did not turn aside either to the right or to the left.
He did right in the sight of the Lord and walked in the ways of David his father [forefather] and turned aside neither to the right hand nor to the left.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father, and declined neither to the right hand, nor to the left.
He did what was right in the Lord’s sight and walked in the ways of his ancestor David; he did not turn aside to the right or the left.
He did what was right in the Lord’s eyes and walked in the ways of his ancestor David, not deviating from it even a bit to the right or left.
He did what was right from Adonai’s perspective, living entirely in the manner of David his ancestor and turning away neither to the right nor to the left.
He followed the example of his ancestor David and always obeyed the Lord.
And he did what was right in the sight of Jehovah, and walked in the ways of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand nor to the left.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father: he declined not, neither to the right hand, nor to the left.
He lived in a way that pleased the Lord, always doing what was right, as his ancestor David had done. Josiah never changed this way of life.
Josiah did things that the Lord said were right. He lived in the good ways of his ancestor, King David. He did not turn away from the Lord's teaching in any way.
He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord. He walked in the ways of his father David. He did not turn aside to the right or to the left.
And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father; and he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father; and he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
He did what ·the Lord said was right [L was pleasing/proper in the eyes/sight of the Lord]. He lived as his ·ancestor [father] David had lived, and he did not ·stop doing what was right [L turn aside/deviate to the right or the left].
And he did uprightly in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father, and bowed neither to the right hand nor to the left.
He did what the Lord considered right. He lived in the ways of his ancestor David and never stopped living this way.
He did what was pleasing to the Lord; he followed the example of his ancestor King David, strictly obeying all the laws of God.
He did what was right in the Lord’s sight and walked in the ways of his ancestor David; he did not turn aside to the right or the left.
He did what the Lord said was right. He did good things as his ancestor David had done. Josiah did not stop doing what was right.
He practiced what the Lord considered to be right, following the example of his ancestor David, turning neither to the right nor to the left.
And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD and walked in the ways of David, his father, and declined neither to the right hand, nor to the left.

His was a good reign, as he carefully followed the good example of his ancestor King David.
Josiah was eight years old when he became king. He ruled for thirty-one years in Jerusalem. He behaved well before God. He kept straight on the path blazed by his ancestor David, not one step to the left or right.
And he did what was correct in the eyes of the Lord, and he walked in the ways of David his father and did not turn either to the right or left.
He did what Yahweh considered right. He lived in the ways of his ancestor David and never stopped living this way.
He did what was right in the Lord’s sight, walking in the way of David his father, not turning right or left.
He did what was right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of his father David and did not turn aside to the right or the left.
He did right in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the ways of his father David and did not turn aside to the right or to the left.
He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and he followed in the ways of his ancestor David, not deviating either to the right or to the left.
He did what the Lord said was right. He lived as his ancestor David had lived, and he did not stop doing what was right.
He did what the Lord approved and followed in his ancestor David’s footsteps; he did not deviate to the right or the left.
He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord. He lived the way King David had lived. He didn’t turn away from it to the right or the left.

He was one of the few great kings of Israel, who determinedly obeyed the Eternal and followed the example of his ancestor David.
He did that which was right in Yahweh’s eyes, and walked in the ways of David his father, and didn’t turn away to the right hand or to the left.
And he did that, that was rightful in the sight of the Lord; and went in the ways of David, his father, and bowed not to the right side, neither to the left side.
and he doth that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah, and walketh in the ways of David his father, and hath not turned aside -- right or left.
