The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, whom she bore (but his concubine the Aramitess bore Machir the father of Gilead;

¶ The sons of Manasseh; Ashriel, whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare Machir the father of Gilead:
Manasseh’s sons through his Aramean concubine: Asriel and Machir the father of Gilead.
Manasseh’s family: Asriel, to whom his Aramean secondary wife gave birth. She gave birth to Machir, Gilead’s father.
The descendants of M’nasheh: his concubine the woman from Aram bore Makhir the father of Gil‘ad; Asri’el [Gil‘ad’s son] was descended from her.
Manasseh and his Syrian wife were the parents of Asriel and Machir the father of Gilead.
The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, … whom she bore; his Syrian concubine bore Machir the father of Gilead.
And the son of Manasses, Ezriel: and his concubine the Syrian bore Machir the father of Galaad.
These are Manasseh’s descendants: Manasseh’s Aramean slave woman had a son named Asriel. She also bore Makir, the father of Gilead.
These are Manasseh's descendants. Manasseh had a woman that he lived with. She was from the country called Syria. She was the mother of Asriel and Makir. Makir was Gilead's father.
The first son of Manasseh was Asriel, born to his Aramean concubine. She also gave birth to Makir, the father of Gilead.

The son of Manasseh was Asriel whom she bare unto him, but his concubine of Aram bare Machir the father of Gilead.
Manasseh’s sons were Asriel and Machir. Their mother was Manasseh’s Aramean concubine. Machir was the first to settle Gilead.
By his Aramean concubine, Manasseh had two sons, Asriel and Machir. Machir was the father of Gilead.

Manasseh’s sons, born of his Aramean concubine, were Asriel and Makir the father of Gilead. Makir got his wife from the Huppites and Shuppites. His sister’s name was Maacah. Another son, Zelophehad, had only daughters. Makir’s wife Maacah bore a son whom she named Peresh; his brother’s name was Sheresh and his sons were Ulam and Rakem. Ulam’s son was Bedan. This accounts for the sons of Gilead son of Makir, the son of Manasseh. His sister Hammoleketh gave birth to Ishdod, Abiezer, and Mahlah. The sons of Shemida were Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.
The sons of Manasseh were Asriel, whom his Aramean concubine bore. She also bore Makir the father of Gilead.
