Psalm 25:1-10

Lead Me in Your Truth

Of David.

Aleph

25 To You, O Yahweh, I (A)lift up my soul.

Beth

O my God, in You (B)I trust,
Do not let me (C)be ashamed;
Do not let my (D)enemies exult over me.

Gimel

Indeed, let (E)none who hope in You be ashamed;
Let those who (F)deal treacherously without cause be ashamed.

Daleth

(G)Make me know Your ways, O Yahweh;
Teach me Your paths.

He / Vav

Lead me in (H)Your truth and teach me,
For You are the (I)God of my salvation;
In You I (J)hope all the day.

Zayin

(K)Remember, O Yahweh, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses,
For they have been [a](L)from of old.

Heth

Do not remember the (M)sins of my youth or my transgressions;
(N)According to Your lovingkindness remember me,
For the sake of Your (O)goodness, O Yahweh.

Teth

(P)Good and (Q)upright is Yahweh;
Therefore He (R)instructs sinners in the way.

Yodh

May He (S)lead the [b]humble in justice,
And may He (T)teach the [c]humble His way.

Kaph

10 All the paths of Yahweh are (U)lovingkindness and truth
To (V)those who guard His covenant and His testimonies.

Daniel 9:15-25

15 “So now, O Lord our God, who have (A)brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a strong hand and have (B)made a name for Yourself, as it is this day—we have sinned; we have acted wickedly. 16 O Lord, in accordance with all Your righteousness, let now Your (C)anger and Your wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your (D)holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a (E)reproach to all those around us. 17 So now, our God, listen to the prayer of Your slave and to his supplications, and for [a]Your sake, O Lord, (F)let Your face shine on Your (G)desolate sanctuary. 18 O my God, (H)incline Your ear and listen! Open Your eyes and (I)see our desolations and the city which is (J)called by Your name; for we are not [b](K)presenting our supplications before You on account of any righteousness of our own, but on account of Your abundant compassion. 19 O Lord, listen! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, give heed and take action! For Your own sake, O my God, (L)do not delay, because Your city and Your people are called by Your name.”

Gabriel Brings Understanding

20 Now while I was (M)speaking and praying, and (N)confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and [c]presenting my supplication before Yahweh my God in behalf of the holy mountain of my God, 21 and while I was still speaking in prayer, then the man (O)Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision [d]previously, [e]touched me [f]in my extreme weariness about the time of the (P)evening offering. 22 Then he made me understand and spoke with me and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you insight with (Q)understanding. 23 At the (R)beginning of your supplications the word was issued, so I have come to tell you, for you are [g](S)highly esteemed; so understand the message and gain (T)understanding in what has appeared.

Seventy Weeks and the Messiah

24 “Seventy [h](U)weeks have been determined for your people and for your holy city, to [i]finish the transgression, to [j]make an end of sin, to (V)make atonement for iniquity, to bring in (W)everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and [k]prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies. 25 So you are to know and have insight that from the going out of a [l](X)word to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until [m](Y)Messiah the (Z)Prince, there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be restored and rebuilt, with [n]plaza and moat, even in times of distress.

2 Timothy 4:1-5

Preach the Word

(A)I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to (B)judge the living and the dead, and by His (C)appearing and His kingdom: preach (D)the word; be ready in season and out of season; (E)reprove, rebuke, exhort, with [a]great (F)patience and teaching. For (G)the time will come when they will not endure (H)sound doctrine, but wanting to have [b]their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and (I)will turn away their ears from the truth and (J)will turn aside to myths.

But you, (K)be sober in all things, (L)endure hardship, do the work of an (M)evangelist, fulfill your (N)ministry.
