羅 馬 書 2:12-16
12 有律法 [a]的人和从未听说过律法的人犯了罪都是一样的。没有律法的人犯了罪将会灭亡。同样，有律法的人犯了罪将受到其律法的审判。 13 人们不是靠听到了律法，而是靠一贯履行律法才得到上帝的认可。
14 外族人没有律法，但是他们依着本性，做合乎律法的事情，所以，尽管他们没有律法，但是他们就是自己的律法。 15 他们显示出律法的要求是写在他们心里的。他们的良知也为此作证。他们的思想则时而谴责自己，时而为自己辩护。 16 按照我所传播的福音，这一切都会发生在上帝通过耶稣基督审判人类秘密的那一天。
