Psalm 100

His Steadfast Love Endures For Ever

A Psalm for (A)giving thanks.

100 (B)Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
    (C)Serve the Lord with gladness!
(D)Come into his presence with singing!
Know that (E)the Lord, he is God!
It is he who (F)made us, and (G)we are his;[a]
we are his (H)people, and (I)the sheep of his pasture.
(J)Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
    and his (K)courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; (L)bless his name!
(M)For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures for ever,
and his (N)faithfulness to all generations.

Ezekiel 34:23-31

23 And (A)I will set up over them one shepherd, (B)my servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd. 24 And (C)I, the Lord, will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them. (D)I am the Lord; I have spoken.

The Lord's Covenant of Peace

25 (E)“I will make with them a covenant of peace and (F)banish wild beasts from the land, (G)so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. 26 And I will make them and the places all round my hill (H)a blessing, and (I)I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be (J)showers of blessing. 27 (K)And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, (L)and they shall be secure in their land. And (M)they shall know that I am the Lord, when (N)I break the bars of their yoke, and (O)deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them. 28 (P)They shall no more be a prey to the nations, (Q)nor shall the beasts of the land devour them. (R)They shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid. 29 And I will provide for them (S)renowned plantations so that (T)they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer (U)suffer the reproach of the nations. 30 And they shall know that (V)I am the Lord their God with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, declares the Lord God. 31 And you are my sheep, (W)human sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, declares the Lord God.”

Hebrews 13:20-21

Benediction

20 Now (A)may the God of peace (B)who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, (C)the great shepherd of the sheep, by (D)the blood of the eternal covenant, 21 (E)equip you with everything good that you may do his will, (F)working in us[a] that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, (G)to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
