^6 (A)Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of ^(B)uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
⁷ You have ^(C)loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
Therefore God, Your God, has ^(D)anointed You
With the oil of joy above Your companions.
⁸ All Your garments are fragrant with ^(E)myrrh and aloes and cassia;
Out of ivory palaces ^(F)stringed instruments have made You glad.
⁹ Kings’ daughters are among ^(G)Your noble ladies;
At Your ^(H)right hand stands the queen in ^(I)gold from Ophir.

¹⁰ Listen, O daughter, give attention and incline your ear:
^(J)Forget your people and your father’s house;
¹¹ Then the King will desire your beauty.
Because He is your ^(K)Lord, ^(L)bow down to Him.
¹² The daughter of ^(M)Tyre will come with a present;
The ^(N)rich among the people will seek your favor.

¹³ The King’s daughter is all glorious within her chamber;
Her clothing is ^(O)interwoven with gold.
¹⁴ She will be ^(P)led to the King ^(Q)in embroidered work;
The ^(R)virgins, her companions who follow her,
Will be brought to You.
¹⁵ They will be led forth with gladness and rejoicing;
They will enter into the King’s palace.

¹⁶ In place of your fathers will be your sons;
You shall set them up as princes in all the earth.
¹⁷ I will cause ^(S)Your name to be remembered from generation to every generation;
Therefore the peoples ^(T)will give You thanks forever and ever.

⁴ I will ^(I)heal their turning away from Me;
I will ^(J)love them freely,
For My anger has ^(K)turned away from them.
⁵ I will be like the ^(L)dew to Israel;
He will flourish like the ^(M)lily,
And he will ^[e]take root like the cedars of ^(N)Lebanon.
⁶ His shoots will go forth,
And his splendor will be like the ^(O)olive tree
And his fragrance like the cedars of ^(P)Lebanon.
⁷ Those who ^(Q)live in his shadow
Will ^[f]again raise ^(R)grain,
And they will flourish like the vine.
His name of remembrance will be like the wine of Lebanon.

⁸ O Ephraim, what more have I to do with ^(S)idols?
It is I who answer and look after ^[g]you.
I am like a luxuriant ^(T)cypress;
From ^(U)Me ^[h]comes your fruit.

^9 (V)Whoever is wise, so let him discern these things;
Whoever is discerning, let him know them.
For the ^(W)ways of Yahweh are right,
And the ^(X)righteous will walk in them,
But ^(Y)transgressors will stumble in them.
