  19. Jesus Predicts His Death and Resurrection

    From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.
  20. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.
  21. So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”
  22. just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
  23. Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’
  24. “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
  25. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.
