¹⁷ So ^(A)Ananias departed and entered the house. And ^(B)laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus who appeared to you on the road by which you came has sent me so that you may regain your sight and ^(C)be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

¹⁷ Then ^(A)they laid their hands on them and ^(B)they received the Holy Spirit.

⁶ These they set before the apostles, and ^(A)they prayed and ^(B)laid their hands on them.

⁴ And they were all ^(A)filled with the Holy Spirit and began ^(B)to speak in other tongues ^(C)as the Spirit gave them utterance.

¹² “And ^(A)one Ananias, a devout man ^(B)according to the law, ^(C)well spoken of by all the Jews who lived there, ^13 (D)came to me, and standing by me said to me, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight.’ And ^(E)at that very hour I received my sight and saw him. ¹⁴ And he said, ^(F)‘The God of our fathers ^(G)appointed you to know his will, ^(H)to see ^(I)the Righteous One and ^(J)to hear a voice from his mouth;

^22 (A)Do not be hasty in the ^(B)laying on of hands, nor ^(C)take part in the sins of others; keep yourself pure.

²² Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for ^(A)a sincere brotherly love, ^(B)love one another earnestly from a pure heart, ^23 (C)since you have been born again, ^(D)not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through ^(E)the living and abiding word of God;

⁵² And the disciples were filled ^(A)with joy and ^(B)with the Holy Spirit.

² and of ^(A)instruction about washings,^{[a] (B)}the laying on of hands, ^(C)the resurrection of the dead, and ^(D)eternal judgment.
