安息日的問題
12 那時，耶穌在安息日經過一片麥田。祂的門徒餓了，便隨手搓麥穗吃。 2 法利賽人看見後，對耶穌說：「你看，你的門徒做了在安息日不准做的事！」
3 耶穌回答說：「你們沒有讀過大衛的事蹟嗎？當時他和部下餓了， 4 進入上帝的殿，吃了獻給上帝的供餅。這餅只有祭司才可以吃，大衛和部下是不准吃的。 5 此外律法書又記載，安息日，祭司在聖殿裡觸犯了守安息日的規條也不算有罪。你們沒有讀過嗎？ 6 我告訴你們，這裡有一人比聖殿更偉大， 7 如果你們明白『我喜愛憐憫之心，而非祭物』這句經文的意義，就不會冤枉無辜了。 8 因為人子是安息日的主。」
9 耶穌離開那裡，走進會堂， 10 裡面有個人，一隻手是萎縮的。法利賽人企圖找藉口控告耶穌，就問祂：「安息日可不可以醫病呢？」
11 耶穌回答說：「如果你們有一隻羊在安息日掉進坑裡，難道你們不把牠拉上來嗎？ 12 人比羊要貴重多了！所以在安息日行善合情合理。」
13 於是，耶穌轉過身來對那人說：「把手伸出來！」那人一伸手，手就復原了，跟另一隻手一樣健康。 14 法利賽人卻走了出去，策劃怎樣除掉耶穌。
上帝的僕人
15 耶穌知道了，就離開那個地方。很多人跟隨祂，耶穌醫好了其中所有患病的人， 16 吩咐他們不要洩露祂的身分。 17 這是要應驗以賽亞先知的話：
18 「看啊！我所揀選、
所眷愛、所喜悅的僕人，
我要將我的靈賜給祂，
祂要向萬邦宣揚正義。
19 祂不爭競，不喧嚷，
街上也聽不見祂的聲音。
20 壓傷的蘆葦，祂不折斷；
將殘的燈火，祂不吹滅；
祂終必使正義得勝。
21 普世都要仰望祂的聖名。」
22 有人帶一個被鬼附身、又瞎又啞的人來見耶穌，耶穌便醫好他，使他能說能看。 23 眾人都很驚奇，就說：「這人會不會是大衛的那個後裔？」 24 法利賽人聽見後卻說：「祂不過是靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼罷了。」
25 耶穌知道他們的心思，就說：「一個國內部自相紛爭，必然滅亡；一座城、一個家內部自相紛爭，必然崩潰。 26 若撒旦驅逐撒旦，就是自相紛爭，牠的國怎能維持呢？ 27 若我是靠別西卜趕鬼，你們的子弟又是靠誰趕鬼呢？為此，他們要審判你們。 28 若我是靠上帝的靈趕鬼，就是上帝的國已降臨在你們中間了。
29 「人如何進入壯漢家中搶奪他的財物呢？除非先把那壯漢捆綁起來，才有可能搶劫他的家。
30 「不與我為友就是與我為敵；不助我召集就是故意拆散。 31 所以我告訴你們，一切的罪和褻瀆的話都可以得到赦免，但褻瀆聖靈的罪必得不到赦免。 32 說話得罪人子的，還可以得到赦免；但那些說話冒犯聖靈的，今生永世都得不到赦免。
樹與果
33 「好樹結好果子，壞樹結壞果子，看果子就能知道樹的好壞。 34 你們這些毒蛇的後代！你們心裡邪惡，又怎能講出好話呢？因為心裡充滿的，口裡自然會說出來。 35 善人心存良善，就從他裡面發出良善；惡人心存邪惡，就從他裡面發出邪惡。 36 我告訴你們，在審判之日，人將為自己所說的每一句閒話負責， 37 因為將來要憑你口中的話來判斷你是否有罪。」
求神蹟
38 當時，有幾個律法教師和法利賽人對耶穌說：「老師，我們想要看你行個神蹟。」 39 耶穌回答說：「一個邪惡淫亂的世代想看神蹟，可是除了約拿先知的神蹟以外，再沒有神蹟給他們看。 40 約拿在大魚腹中三日三夜，人子也要在地裡三日三夜。 41 在審判的日子，尼尼微人和這世代的人都要起來[a]，尼尼微人要定這個世代的罪，因為他們聽到約拿的宣告，就悔改了。看啊！這裡有一人比約拿更偉大。 42 在審判的日子，南方的女王和這世代的人都要起來，她要定這個世代的罪，因為她曾不遠千里來聽所羅門王的智言慧語。看啊！這裡有一人比所羅門王更偉大。
乘虛而入
43 「有一個污鬼離開了牠以前所附的人，在乾旱無水之地四處遊蕩，尋找安歇之處，卻沒有找到。 44 於是牠說，『我要回到老地方。』牠回去後，看見裡面空著，打掃得又乾淨又整齊， 45 就去帶來了七個比自己更邪惡的鬼一起住在那裡。那人的下場比從前更慘了。這個邪惡的世代也會這樣。」
真正的親屬
46 耶穌還在和眾人說話的時候，祂的母親和兄弟站在外面，想要跟祂說話。 47 有人告訴祂：「你的母親和兄弟在外面有話要跟你說。」
48 耶穌說：「誰是我的母親？誰是我的兄弟？」 49 祂伸出手來指著門徒說：「你們看！這些人就是我的母親和我的兄弟。 50 凡遵行我天父旨意的人都是我的弟兄、姊妹和母親。」

Jesus Is Lord of the Sabbath(A)(B)
12 At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry and began to pick some heads of grain(C) and eat them. 2 When the Pharisees saw this, they said to him, “Look! Your disciples are doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath.”(D)
3 He answered, “Haven’t you read what David did when he and his companions were hungry?(E) 4 He entered the house of God, and he and his companions ate the consecrated bread—which was not lawful for them to do, but only for the priests.(F) 5 Or haven’t you read in the Law that the priests on Sabbath duty in the temple desecrate the Sabbath(G) and yet are innocent? 6 I tell you that something greater than the temple is here.(H) 7 If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’[a](I) you would not have condemned the innocent. 8 For the Son of Man(J) is Lord of the Sabbath.”
9 Going on from that place, he went into their synagogue, 10 and a man with a shriveled hand was there. Looking for a reason to bring charges against Jesus,(K) they asked him, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”(L)
11 He said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out?(M) 12 How much more valuable is a person than a sheep!(N) Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.”
13 Then he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out and it was completely restored, just as sound as the other. 14 But the Pharisees went out and plotted how they might kill Jesus.(O)
God’s Chosen Servant
15 Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place. A large crowd followed him, and he healed all who were ill.(P) 16 He warned them not to tell others about him.(Q) 17 This was to fulfill(R) what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
18 “Here is my servant whom I have chosen,
the one I love, in whom I delight;(S)
I will put my Spirit on him,(T)
and he will proclaim justice to the nations.
19 He will not quarrel or cry out;
no one will hear his voice in the streets.
20 A bruised reed he will not break,
and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out,
till he has brought justice through to victory.
21 In his name the nations will put their hope.”[b](U)
Jesus and Beelzebul(V)
22 Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see.(W) 23 All the people were astonished and said, “Could this be the Son of David?”(X)
24 But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “It is only by Beelzebul,(Y) the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons.”(Z)
25 Jesus knew their thoughts(AA) and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. 26 If Satan(AB) drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand? 27 And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul,(AC) by whom do your people(AD) drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. 28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God(AE) has come upon you.
29 “Or again, how can anyone enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can plunder his house.
30 “Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.(AF) 31 And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.(AG) 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age(AH) or in the age to come.(AI)
33 “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit.(AJ) 34 You brood of vipers,(AK) how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks(AL) what the heart is full of. 35 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. 36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”(AM)
The Sign of Jonah(AN)(AO)
38 Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign(AP) from you.”(AQ)
39 He answered, “A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.(AR) 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish,(AS) so the Son of Man(AT) will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.(AU) 41 The men of Nineveh(AV) will stand up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah,(AW) and now something greater than Jonah is here. 42 The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came(AX) from the ends of the earth to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, and now something greater than Solomon is here.
43 “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first.(AY) That is how it will be with this wicked generation.”
Jesus’ Mother and Brothers(AZ)
46 While Jesus was still talking to the crowd, his mother(BA) and brothers(BB) stood outside, wanting to speak to him. 47 Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.”
48 He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” 49 Pointing to his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. 50 For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven(BC) is my brother and sister and mother.”

12 At that time Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach went on Shabbos through the grainfields. And his talmidim were hungry and began to pick the heads of wheat and to eat them.
2 But the Perushim, seeing this, said to Moshiach: Hinei! Your talmidim are doing what is asur on Shabbos!
3 But Moshiach said to them, Have you not read what Dovid HaMelech did when he and those with him were hungry,
4 how he entered into the Beis Hashem and ate the Lechem HaPanim (the Bread of the Presence), which was not mutar (permissible) for him to eat nor the ones with him, but only the kohanim?
5 Or have you not read in the Torah that on Shabbos the kohanim in the Beis Hamikdash commit Chillul HaYom HaShabbos (desecration of the Sabbath Day) and yet are blameless? [BAMIDBAR 28:9-10]
6 But I say to you that something greater than the Beis Hamikdash is here.
7 But if you’d had daas what this means, CHESED CHAFATZTI VLO ZEVACH (I desire mercy and not sacrifice HOSHEA 6:6), you would not have condemned the innocent.
8 For the Ben HaAdam (Moshiach) is Adon HaShabbos.
9 And having gone from there, he went into their shul.
10 And hinei! There was a man with a withered hand. And they questioned Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, asking, Is it mutar (permissible) to bring refuah (healing) on Shabbos? They did this in order to bring accusation against him.
11 But Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach said to them, What man will there be among you, who owns a keves (lamb), and if it falls into a pit on Shabbos, will not take hold of it and lift it out?
12 Therefore, how much more valuable is a man than a keves. For this reason, it is mutar (permissible) on Shabbos to do HaTov.
13 Then Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach says to the man, Stretch out your hand. And the man stretched out his hand. And it was restored to health, as sound as the other hand.
14 But the Perushim went out and took counsel against Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach so that they might destroy him.
15 But Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, having da’as of this, departed from there. And many multitudes followed Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, and he brought refuah to them all.
16 And Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach warned them that they should not make him manifest.
17 This was to fulfill what was spoken through Yeshayah HaNavi, saying,
18 HEN AVDI ETMACH BO, BECHIRI RATZTAH NAFSHI, NATATI RUCHI ALAV, MISHPAT LAGOYIM YOTZI (Here is my Servant, whom I uphold, my Chosen One in whom my Soul delights, I will put my Spirit on him, he will bring Justice to the Nations, YESHAYAH 42:1)
19 LO YITZAK VLO YISSAH VLO YASHMIA BACHUTZ KOLO (He will not shout nor cry out nor raise the sound of his voice in the street.)
20 KANEH RATZUTZ LO YISHBOR UFISHTAH CHEHAH LO YECHABENAH LE-EMET YOTZI MISHPAT (A bruised reed he will not break nor a smoldering wick will he snuff out) until Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach leads mishpat (justice) to victory.
21 And in his Name, HAGOYIM will put their tikvah (hope) [YESHAYAH 42:1-4; YESHAYAH 11:10 TARGUM HA-SHIVIM]
22 Then a man, blind and mute, who was possessed by shedim, was brought to Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, and he brought refuah to him, so that the mute man was able to speak and to see.
23 And all the multitudes were amazed and they were saying, Surely this is not the Ben Dovid [Moshiach], is he?
24 But, having heard this, the Perushim said, This one does not cast out shedim except by Baal-zibbul, the Sar HaShedim (the Prince of Demons).
25 But having daas of their thoughts, Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach said to them, Every malchut that is divided against itself is made desolate, and every ir (city) and bais (house) that is divided against itself will not stand.
26 And if Hasatan casts out Hasatan, he is divided against himself. How, therefore, will the Malchut Hasatan stand?
27 And if by Baal-zibbul I cast out the shedim, by whom do your banim (sons) cast them out? Therefore, they will be your shofetim (judges).
28 But if by the Ruach Hakodesh I [Moshiach] cast out the shedim, then upon you the Malchut Hashem has arrived.
29 Or how is someone able to enter the Bayit HaGibbor and confiscate his furnishings unless he binds the Gibbor first. Then he will plunder the Bayit HaGibbor.
30 The one not with me [Moshiach] is against me [anti-Moshiach]. And the one not gathering with me scatters.
31 Therefore, I say to you, every chet (sin) and gidduf (blasphemy) will be forgiven men, but whoever commits Chillul Hashem against the Ruach Hakodesh will not be forgiven.
32 And whoever speaks a word against the Ben HaAdam [Moshiach] will be granted selicha (forgiveness), but whoever speaks against the Ruach Hakodesh, selicha will not be granted him either in the Olam Hazeh or in the Olam Habah.
33 Either make the etz (tree) tov (good) and its pri (fruit) will be tov, or make the etz nishchat (corrupt) and its pri will be rah; for by its pri the etz is known.
34 You banim of nechashim (sons of snakes), how are you able to speak tovot (good things), for out of the abundance of the lev (heart) the mouth speaks.
35 The ish tov (good man) out of the good otzar (treasure) brings forth good; and the ish rah out of the evil otzar brings forth evil.
36 But I say to you, that for every careless lashon horah (evil speech) that men speak, they will be called to account on the Yom HaDin (the Day of Judgment).
37 For by your dvarim you will be pronounced tzodek (righteous), and by your dvarim you will be charged with guilt.
38 Then some of the Sofrim and Perushim answered Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, saying, Rabbi, we desire to see an ot (miraculous sign) from you.
39 But Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach answered them, Dor rah umnaef (an evil and adulterous generation) seeks for an ot (miraculous sign), but no ot will be given it except the ot of Yonah HaNavi.
40 For just as Yonah was in the belly of the great fish SHLOSHAH YAMIM USHLOSHAH LAILAH (three days and three nights, YONAH 1:17), so will be the Ben HaAdam (Moshiach) in the heart of the earth SHLOSHAH YAMIM USHLOSHAH LAILOT (three days and three nights).
41 The men of Nineveh will stand up at the Yom HaDin with this generation and they will condemn it, for the men of Nineveh made teshuva at the hatafah (preaching) of Yonah, and, hinei, something much greater than Yonah is here.
42 The Queen of the South will be made to stand up alive at the Yom HaDin with this generation and will condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to listen to the chochmah of Shlomo and, hinei, something much greater than Shlomo is here.
43 Now when the ruach hatameh (unclean spirit) goes out from the man, it goes through dry places seeking a manoach (resting place) and it does not find one.
44 Then it says, Into my haunt I will return from where I came out. And having come out, it finds the bais standing empty, having been swept and having been put beseder (in order).
45 Then it goes and takes along with itself seven other ruchot more evil than itself and, having entered the residence, it sets up house there, and the last state of that man has become worse than the first. Thus it will be with this evil generation also.
46 While he was still speaking to the multitudes, hinei, Moshiach’s Em and achim stood outside, seeking to speak with him.
47 And someone said to Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, Hinei! Your Em and your achim have stood outside seeking to speak with you.
48 And Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach said in reply to the one speaking with him, Who is my Em and who are my achim?
49 And stretching out his hand upon his talmidim, Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach said, Hinei, my Em and my achim.
50 For whoever does the ratzon (will) of Avi shbaShomayim(see Mt6:10; 26:39) he is my ach (brother) and achot (sister)and Em (Mother).

2 А фарисеите, като видяха това, казаха Му: Виж, Твоите ученици вършат нещо, което не е позволено да се върши в събота.
3 (B)А Той им каза: Не сте ли чели какво направи Давид, когато той и мъжете, които бяха с него, огладняха,
4 (C)как влезе в Божия дом и яде от присъствените хлябове, които не беше позволено да яде нито той, нито онези, които бяха с него, а само свещениците?
5 (D)Или не сте чели в закона, че в съботен ден свещениците в храма нарушават съботата и все пак не са виновни.
6 (E)Но, казвам ви, че тук има нещо повече от храма.
7 (F)Но ако знаехте какво значи писаното: „Милост искам, а не жертва“, не бихте осъдили невинните.
8 Защото Човешкият Син е Господар на съботата.
Изцеление в събота
9 (G)И като си тръгна оттам, дойде в синагогата им.
10 (H)Там имаше един човек с изсъхнала ръка. За да обвинят Исус, Го попитаха: Позволено ли е човек да изцелява в събота?
11 (I)А Той им каза: Кой от вас, ако има една овца и тя в съботен ден падне в яма, няма да я улови и извади?
12 А колко по-ценен е човек от овца! Затова е позволено да се прави добро в съботен ден.
13 Тогава каза на човека: Протегни ръката си. И той я протегна; и тя стана здрава като другата.
14 (J)А фарисеите, като излязоха, се наговориха против Него, как да Го погубят.
Пророчеството за Христос
15 (K)Но Исус, като узна това, се оттегли оттам; и мнозина тръгнаха след Него и Той ги изцели всички.
16 (L)И им заръча да не разгласяват за Него;
17 за да се сбъдне казаното чрез пророк Исая:
18 (M)„Ето Моя Слуга, Когото избрах,
Моя възлюбен, в Когото е благоволението на душата Ми.
Ще положа Духа Си на Него
и Той ще възвести съд на народите.
19 Няма да се скара, нито да извика,
нито ще чуе някой гласа Му по площадите.
20 Смазана тръстика няма да пречупи
и замъждял фитил няма да угаси,
докато изведе правосъдието към победа.
21 И в Неговото име народите ще се надяват.“
Божествената власт на Исус Христос
22 (N)Тогава доведоха при Него един обладан от бяс, сляп и ням; и го изцели, така че немият проговори и прогледна.
23 И всички множества се смаяха и казваха: Да не би Този да е Давидовият син?
24 (O)А фарисеите, като чуха това, казаха: Този не изгонва бесовете освен чрез началника на бесовете, Веелзевул.
25 (P)А Исус, като знаеше техните мисли, им каза: Всяко царство, разделено против себе си, запустява; и никой град или дом, разделен против себе си, няма да устои.
26 Ако Сатана изгонва Сатана, той се е разделил против себе си; тогава как ще устои неговото царство?
27 При това, ако Аз изгонвам бесовете чрез Веелзевул, чрез кого ги изгонват синовете ви? Затова те ще ви бъдат съдии.
28 (Q)Но ако Аз изгонвам бесовете чрез Божия Дух, то Божието царство е дошло върху вас.
29 (R)Или как може да влезе някой в къщата на силния човек и да ограби покъщнината му, ако първо не го върже? Тогава ще ограби къщата му.
30 (S)Който не е с Мене, той е против Мен; и който не събира с Мене, разпилява.
31 (T)Затова ви казвам: Всеки грях и хула ще се прости на човеците; но хулата против Духа няма да се прости.
32 (U)И ако някой каже дума против Човешкия Син, ще му се прости; но ако някой каже дума против Святия Дух, няма да му се прости – нито в този свят[a], нито в бъдещия.
За дървото и неговите плодове
33 (V)Или направете дървото добро и плода му добър; или направете дървото лошо и плода му лош; защото по плода се познава дървото.
34 (W)Рожби ехиднини! Как можете да говорите добро, като сте зли? Защото от онова, което препълва сърцето, говорят устата.
35 Добрият човек от доброто си съкровище изважда добри неща; а злият човек от злото си съкровище изважда зли неща.
36 И ви казвам, че за всяка празна дума, която кажат човеците, ще отговарят в деня на съда.
37 Защото от думите си ще се оправдаеш и от думите си ще се осъдиш.
Знамението на пророк Йона
38 (X)Тогава някои от книжниците и фарисеите Му отговориха: Учителю, искаме да видим знамение от Теб.
39 (Y)А Той им отговори: Нечестиво и прелюбодейно поколение иска знамение, но друго знамение няма да му се даде освен знамението на пророк Йона.
40 (Z)Защото както Йона беше в корема на морското чудовище три дни и три нощи, така и Човешкият Син ще бъде в сърцето на земята три дни и три нощи.
41 (AA)Ниневийските мъже ще се явят на съда с това поколение и ще го осъдят, защото те се покаяха чрез Йоновата проповед; а, ето, тук има повече от Йона.
42 (AB)Южната царица ще се яви на съда с това поколение и ще го осъди, защото тя дойде от краищата на земята, за да чуе Соломоновата мъдрост; а, ето, тук има повече от Соломон.
Завръщане на нечистия дух
43 (AC)Когато нечистият дух излезе от човека, той минава през безводни места, за да търси покой, и не намира.
44 Тогава казва: Ще се върна в къщата си, откъдето съм излязъл. И като дойде, намира я празна, пометена и подредена.
45 (AD)Тогава отива и взема със себе си седем други духа, по-зли от него, и като влязат, живеят там; и последното състояние на онзи човек става по-лошо от първото. Също така ще бъде и с това нечестиво поколение.
Майката и братята на Исус Христос
46 (AE)Когато Той още говореше на народа, ето, майка Му и братята Му стояха навън и искаха да Му говорят.
47 И някой си Му каза: Ето, майка Ти и братята Ти стоят вън и искат да Ти говорят.
48 А Той отговори на този, който Му каза, това: Коя е майка Ми и кои са братята Ми?
49 И като посочи с ръка към учениците Си, каза: Ето майка Ми и братята Ми!
