10 (A)Тогава Господ ми рече: издялай си две каменни скрижали, подобни на първите, и възлез при Мене на планината, и си направи дървен ковчег;
2 (B)и Аз ще напиша на скрижалите ония думи, що бяха на предишните скрижали, които ти разби; и ги положи в ковчега.
3 (C)Направих ковчег от дърво ситим, и издялах две каменни скрижали, като предишните, па отидох на планината с двете скрижали в ръце.
4 (D)И написа Той на скрижалите, както бе написано по-напред, ония десет заповеди, които ви изрече Господ на планината изсред огъня в деня на събранието, и ми ги предаде Господ.
5 (E)Аз се обърнах и слязох от планината и положих скрижалите в ковчега, който бях направил, за да бъдат те там, както ми заповяда Господ.
6 (F)След това тръгнаха синовете Израилеви от Беерот-Бене-Яакан за Мозер; там Аарон умря и биде там погребан, а вместо него стана свещеник син му Елеазар.
7 (G)Оттам отидоха в Гудгод, от Гудгод в Иотвата, в земята с водни потоци.
8 (H)Тогава Господ отдели Левиевото коляно, за да носи ковчега на Господния завет, да стои пред Господа, за да Му служи, (и да се моли) и да благославя с името Му, както бива това и доднес;
9 (I)поради това левитите нямат част и дял с братята си: Сам Господ е техен дял, както им бе говорил Господ, Бог твой.
10 (J)И престоях на планината, както и по-напред, четирийсет дена и четирийсет нощи; Господ ме послуша и тоя път, (и) не поиска Господ да те погуби;
11 и Господ ми рече: стани, тръгни на път пред (тоя) народ; нека отидат и завладеят земята, за която се бях клел на отците им да им я дам.
12 (K)И тъй, Израилю, какво иска от тебе Господ, Бог твой? Само да се боиш от Господа, твоя Бог, да ходиш по всичките Му пътища, да Го обичаш, и да служиш на Господа, твоя Бог, от всичкото си сърце и от всичката си душа,
13 да пазиш заповедите на Господа (твоя Бог) и наредбите Му, които днес ти заповядвам, за да ти бъде добре.
14 (L)Ето, небето и небето на небесата, земята и всичко, що е на нея, е на Господа, твоя Бог;
15 но само твоите отци е приел Господ и ги е обикнал, и е избрал вас, тяхното семе подир тях, от всички народи, както видиш днес.
16 (M)И тъй, обрежете крайната плът на сърцето си и занапред не бъдете твърдоглави;
17 (N)защото Господ, Бог ваш, е Бог на боговете и Господар на господарите, Бог велик, силен и страшен, Който не гледа на лице и не взема дарове,
18 Който право отсъжда на сираче и на вдовица, обича пришълеца и му дава хляб и облекло.
19 Обичайте и вие пришълеца, понеже сами бяхте пришълци в Египетската земя.
20 (O)Бой се от Господа, твоя Бог, (и само) Нему служи, към Него се привържи и в Негово име се кълни:
21 Той е твоя похвала, Той е твой Бог, Който направи с тебе ония велики и страшни дела, каквито видяха очите ти:
22 (P)твоите отци дойдоха в Египет седемдесет (и пет) души, а сега Господ, Бог твой, те е направил многоброен като звездите небесни.

Bảng đá mới
10 Lúc ấy, CHÚA bảo ta, “Hãy đục hai bảng đá như lần trước rồi lên gặp ta trên núi. Cũng hãy làm một cái rương bằng gỗ. 2 Ta sẽ viết vào hai bảng đá mới nầy những gì đã viết trong hai bảng đá trước mà ngươi đã đập bể, rồi đặt hai bảng đá mới vào rương.”
3 Vậy ta đóng cái rương bằng gỗ cây keo, và đục hai bảng đá như lần trước. Rồi ta lên núi cầm hai bảng đá trên tay. 4 CHÚA ghi lại trên hai bảng đá y như lần trước, tức mười điều răn Ngài đã truyền cho các ngươi trên núi từ đám lửa, trong ngày các ngươi tụ họp tại đó. Rồi CHÚA đưa các bảng đó cho ta. 5 Ta trở xuống núi và đặt hai bảng đá vào rương ta đã đóng như lời CHÚA dặn bảo, nay vẫn còn đó.
6 Dân Ít-ra-en đi từ những giếng nước của người Gia-ca-nít tới Mô-sê-ra. A-rôn chết và được chôn tại đó, con trai người là Ê-lê-a-sa thay người làm thầy tế lễ. 7 Từ Mô-sê-ra, họ đến Gút-gô-đa; rồi từ Gút-gô-đa đi đến Giô-ba-tha, nơi có nhiều suối nước. 8 Lúc đó, CHÚA chọn chi tộc Lê-vi khiêng rương giao ước của Ngài. Họ có nhiệm vụ phục sự CHÚA và chúc phước cho dân chúng nhân danh Ngài, như họ vẫn làm cho đến nay. 9 Vì vậy, chi tộc Lê-vi không nhận phần đất nào làm sản nghiệp; nhưng họ nhận chính CHÚA là sản nghiệp mình, như CHÚA là Thượng Đế đã bảo họ.
10 Ta ở lại trên núi bốn mươi ngày đêm như lần trước. CHÚA cũng nghe lời cầu xin của ta lần nầy nên không hủy diệt các ngươi. 11 Ngài bảo ta, “Hãy đi dẫn dân chúng vào chiếm đất ta đã hứa cùng tổ tiên họ.”
Điều Chúa muốn dân chúng làm
12 Giờ đây, hỡi Ít-ra-en, đây là điều CHÚA muốn các ngươi làm: Kính sợ CHÚA là Thượng Đế các ngươi, và làm theo những gì Ngài bảo các ngươi. Yêu mến CHÚA và hết lòng, hết linh hồn phục vụ Ngài, 13 vâng giữ mệnh lệnh cùng luật lệ ta truyền cho các ngươi hôm nay vì đó chính là lợi ích cho các ngươi.
14 Cả thế giới cùng mọi vật trong đó, luôn cả các từng trời cao vút đều thuộc về CHÚA. 15 Nhưng vì Ngài chăm sóc và yêu tổ tiên các ngươi, CHÚA đã chọn các ngươi, con cháu ngươi từ trong muôn dân, như các ngươi đã thấy ngày nay.
16 Hãy hết lòng phục vụ CHÚA [a]; đừng ương ngạnh nữa. 17 CHÚA là Thượng Đế các ngươi là CHÚA của tất cả các thần và CHÚA các chúa. Ngài là Thượng Đế vĩ đại, quyền năng tuyệt vời. Ngài không thiên vị ai, cũng không bao giờ bị mua chuộc. 18 Ngài giúp đỡ kẻ mồ côi và người góa bụa; Ngài yêu thương các ngoại kiều, ban thức ăn và quần áo cho họ. 19 Các ngươi phải yêu các ngoại kiều vì chính các ngươi cũng từng làm ngoại kiều tại Ai-cập.
20 Hãy kính sợ CHÚA là Thượng Đế các ngươi và phục vụ Ngài. Hãy trung thành với Ngài và chỉ lấy danh Ngài mà thề nguyện. 21 Ngài là Đấng các ngươi ca ngợi; Ngài là Thượng Đế của các ngươi, Đấng đã làm những việc kỳ diệu cho các ngươi, những điều các ngươi đã chứng kiến tận mắt. 22 Khi tổ tiên các ngươi xuống Ai-cập, chỉ có bảy mươi người, mà giờ đây CHÚA là Thượng Đế đã làm cho các ngươi đông như sao trên trời.

Tablets Like the First Ones
10 At that time the Lord said to me, “Chisel out two stone tablets(A) like the first ones and come up to me on the mountain. Also make a wooden ark.[a] 2 I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. Then you are to put them in the ark.”(B)
3 So I made the ark out of acacia wood(C) and chiseled(D) out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hands. 4 The Lord wrote on these tablets what he had written before, the Ten Commandments(E) he had proclaimed(F) to you on the mountain, out of the fire, on the day of the assembly.(G) And the Lord gave them to me. 5 Then I came back down the mountain(H) and put the tablets in the ark(I) I had made,(J) as the Lord commanded me, and they are there now.(K)
6 (The Israelites traveled from the wells of Bene Jaakan to Moserah.(L) There Aaron died(M) and was buried, and Eleazar(N) his son succeeded him as priest.(O) 7 From there they traveled to Gudgodah and on to Jotbathah, a land with streams of water.(P) 8 At that time the Lord set apart the tribe of Levi(Q) to carry the ark of the covenant(R) of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister(S) and to pronounce blessings(T) in his name, as they still do today.(U) 9 That is why the Levites have no share or inheritance among their fellow Israelites; the Lord is their inheritance,(V) as the Lord your God told them.)
10 Now I had stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights, as I did the first time, and the Lord listened to me at this time also. It was not his will to destroy you.(W) 11 “Go,” the Lord said to me, “and lead the people on their way, so that they may enter and possess the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.”
Fear the Lord
12 And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you(X) but to fear(Y) the Lord your God, to walk(Z) in obedience to him, to love him,(AA) to serve the Lord(AB) your God with all your heart(AC) and with all your soul,(AD) 13 and to observe the Lord’s commands(AE) and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?(AF)
14 To the Lord your God belong the heavens,(AG) even the highest heavens,(AH) the earth and everything in it.(AI) 15 Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved(AJ) them, and he chose you,(AK) their descendants, above all the nations—as it is today.(AL) 16 Circumcise(AM) your hearts,(AN) therefore, and do not be stiff-necked(AO) any longer. 17 For the Lord your God is God of gods(AP) and Lord of lords,(AQ) the great God, mighty and awesome,(AR) who shows no partiality(AS) and accepts no bribes.(AT) 18 He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow,(AU) and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing.(AV) 19 And you are to love(AW) those who are foreigners,(AX) for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt.(AY) 20 Fear the Lord your God and serve him.(AZ) Hold fast(BA) to him and take your oaths in his name.(BB) 21 He is the one you praise;(BC) he is your God, who performed for you those great(BD) and awesome wonders(BE) you saw with your own eyes. 22 Your ancestors who went down into Egypt were seventy in all,(BF) and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars in the sky.(BG)

2 And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.
3 And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand.
4 And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the Lord spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the Lord gave them unto me.
5 And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the Lord commanded me.
6 And the children of Israel took their journey from Beeroth of the children of Jaakan to Mosera: there Aaron died, and there he was buried; and Eleazar his son ministered in the priest's office in his stead.
7 From thence they journeyed unto Gudgodah; and from Gudgodah to Jotbath, a land of rivers of waters.
8 At that time the Lord separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.
9 Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the Lord is his inheritance, according as the Lord thy God promised him.
10 And I stayed in the mount, according to the first time, forty days and forty nights; and the Lord hearkened unto me at that time also, and the Lord would not destroy thee.
11 And the Lord said unto me, Arise, take thy journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them.
12 And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
13 To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
14 Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.
15 Only the Lord had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.
16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.
17 For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
18 He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.
19 Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
20 Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name.
21 He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.
22 Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the Lord thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.
