33 “没有人点上灯后，又把它放在地窖里，或者扣在碗下面，相反，人们总是把它放在灯台上，让进来的人能够看到光亮。 34 你的眼睛是你身体的一盏明灯，如果你的眼睛是健康的，你的全身就会充满光明；如果它是坏的，你的全身就会陷入黑暗。 35 所以，要当心，不要让你里边的光变成一片黑暗。 36 如果你的全身充满了光明，没有黑暗的角落，那么就像一盏灯的光芒照亮在你的身上，使你的身体彻底地被照亮。”
